Customer service is very important to me. Purchasing items from this store this week felt very uncomfortable. You already are in a very public intimate store, but the clerk with the black hair made my wife and I very uncomfortable. She watched us from the time we walked in until the time we brought all our items to the counter. If you are that uncomfortable thinking everyone that enters is going to steal you should absolutely not be in business. We spent over a hundred dollars and felt judged immediately walking in. Hoping itās not a racial thing but it totally felt like it. Bias training and customer relationship training is definitely needed by the staff, immediately or everyone will go to Loverās Lane. No need for an apology here as a reply to this post, the only thing needed is training for the staff....
