Rip Off!! Don't waste your money! It wont let me give zero stars, that the only reason why there is 1. My daughter spent over $500 on my grandsons birthday party this past Sunday. First of all, our start time was 5:30. We had 2 tables reserved. The party before us kept one of our tables until after 6:00. We were told we had a "personal host" which is also listed on the website under the party packages. Who is supposed to set up, serve and clean. The tables were dirty, pop was split all over the tables which we had to clean up in order to rush and try to decorate our own table since our "host" was no where to be found. Then at 6:15 we go to order the pizza only to be told that if we order from them our pizza would not be there until 7:30 and they close at 8:00. So we had to go down to Little Ceazers and pick up our own pizza. Party package said the birthday boy got to spin the wheel and that the kids would receive party bags and each would receive socks. We were charged for socks and when he was finally able to spin the wheel, he won an hour of dodge ball. To which the "host" told us he could not have because they were getting ready to close. We of course had to ask for the party bags for the kids. They came out with a water bottle and headband for about half of the kids. I spoke to whom I thought was a manager regarding the issues. He took $5.00 off the bill. SMH. And told us the kids could eat their cake no rush since we got out table at 6. They didn't bring our cake out from the cooler until 7:50 by 8:10 the cashier was cleaning off our tables with the kids still eating. This is the most unprofessional, unclean establishment I have ever seen!! Employees were rude and lazy! I wouldn't recommend this place for my dog to have a party!! I'm still trying to figure out how it costed $500. I will be telling everyone I know not to...
Read moreMy grandson had his birthday party there and the kids loved it. But I would not recommend having a birthday party there. We were given a 2 hour slot and they didn't mention that as soon as they get their bracelets the clock starts, and its not 2 hours of jumping its 1.5 hours. They expect the kids to jump for an hour and a half then the last half hour eat and do gifts, etc. We were not aware of that so the kids were eating initially and then jumping in between so when they got kicked off the trampoline a half hour early we were confused. So they explained then said ok go get re banded ( which took time) then they jumped for another half hour. Shortly after one of the workers said we needed to be done with the table soon so we rushed the kids back to the table to eat cake. As we were singing happy birthday the same worker said its almost time to leave the next party is here. My daughter said we have 5 minutes can you let me finish singing to my son and cut his cake. He continued to explain and argue with her ruining the last few minutes. I said this is so rude and we are a going to leave a bad review, he then laughed. Forgot to mention he was hovering behind us the last 15 minutes. We didn't have time to do gifts so we grabbed a our stuff to find another spot to do gifts which was upstairs. As we were leaving the spot the manager Mo did come over to apologize and offer another hour of jumping so again the kids got re banded. He was nice enough but a little late as we had to drag all our stuff upstairs. The kids did have fun overall but the way they do the party was stressful. We did notice that no other party took our table for another hours so I dont understand rushing us out before our actual time was up! Great for kids activities but not good...
Read moreVery disappointed on my first visit here. I am currently sitting on the floor at this establishment because there is not enough seating. Granted, it’s Spring Break, so the place is crazy packed but there should be more couches. Also, the eating area by the concessions is very small, so when it’s super busy like it is today good luck getting a table. However, there is a HUGE cafeteria style area that is used for birthday parties but is currently empty. I sat there for over an hour because my son and his friends had bought slushees that they weren’t done with and couldn’t bring up to the jumping area so I gave up my spot on a comfy couch so the drinks wouldn’t go to waste. When they were ready for food (which was another nightmare because of how busy it is and some of the staff were just goofing around with each other and not taking orders) I took it back to the table. By this time other families had come over to eat because there were no open tables by the concessions. One of the staff finally came up to us and told us we couldn’t sit there because it was for birthday parties. Again, there were NO parties going on. I told the girl we would leave when we were done eating because what did they expect when there were no open tables. They left my group to go talk to another larger group and told them the same thing. This other mother wasn’t having it either. They had at least 9 people in their party and the staff was telling them to move. Absolutely ridiculous. And the place is still letting people in so it’s only going...
