The main problem I have with this Jimmy John's is that they never remember to put the mayo packets in the bag. I order my sandwich with no mayo and mayo packets specifically so it doesn't get soggy because my work is about 15 minutes away. While I understand I have a part to play here in forgetting to check the bag, I have ADHD and anyone who deals with that understands the "out of sight, out of mind" struggle. I remember to check the box for mayo packets (on the app), and to be honest, that's all I should have to remember to do. These are $10 sandwiches, and now 3 times in a row, I've gotten back to work and had to decide between eating a dry sandwich or driving 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back again (which would waste the entirety of my break driving). Also, in case this wasn't clear, I'm eating these at work which is why I don't have access to a bottle of mayo. It's such an oddly specific complaint too, because the issue is not big enough to ask for a new sandwich, but like.... who wants to each a dry sandwich? It's just kind of annoying when the sandwiches are literally $10 and I have to eat it dry. Anyways, if you have to mental capacity to remember to check that everything is in the bag before you leave, this is a perfectly fine Jimmy John's.
Update: Not really sure what the point of the response was here. After I filled out the form, I was prompted to call the store to inform the owner of what happened. That's so unnecessary and seems like it defeats the purpose...
Read moreThis will absolutely be my last time ordering from this jimmy johns. This place is absolutely ridiculous.. the first time I ordered from this location. I placed an order online with their website. After waiting for over 45 minutes I decided to call and see what was going on. They said the driver was right around the corner and would be here shortly.. 25 minutes goes by. At this point it’s almost an hour and a half.. I ordered a cold sandwich. I cancel the order. Placed a door dash order to subway, got my food and ate it before the delivery driver even showed up. He came up to the door to give my brother the food and he had to tell him he canceled my order. Which they never even refunded me. Today apparently after everything else before. I decided to go on DoorDash JUST BECAUSE I can see when things are being delivered after my last experience with this place. Placed the order, it was delivered at just the right time. But the entire order was completely wrong. I ordered a sandwich and it came on wheat bread, when I asked for white sub bread. What I ordered didn’t involve turkey but it came on it. I asked no mayo, it came with it. I asked for avocado and it had none. Which is not what I ordered. Some sort of lettuce wrap when I asked for a pickle. Can this location get their shit together???? Every 4 out of 5 times we online order delivery, there are ALWAYS missing items and items are made incorrectly, eg. sandwiches and pickles not cut in half when instructed or cut in half when instructed to leave whole. Many times it’s just one pop or one bag of chips missing but this time we are missing 3 bags of chips and when attempting to contact the store they refuse to answer the phone after 15 minutes of trying and after waiting 1 1/2 hours for delivery when the store is 5 minutes from our house. (Which is the opposite of “freaky fast”). Last time we called to “complain” about a messed up order, the rude manager told my wife she was too busy to listen to her complaint. This store shouldn’t be in business if staff is too busy to answer the phone during normal business hours. And when they do answer, they cannot conduct themselves professionally to paying customers and can’t perform the easiest of tasks like following simple directions to cut something in half or place 3 more bags of chips in the order when the receipt clearly states how many should be...
