Placed a mobile order to be picked up through the drive through. When we got past giving our order number, and got to the first window we were given the wrong receipt. So when we got to the second window we explained to the gentle men that we were given the wrong receipt, but we had placed a mobile order, someone behind him asks if it’s for a sweet tea, we said no, the gentlemen then asked if it had a coke, and a medium shake, we said yes. He handed us our drinks, two bags of food, and we went on our way, i had briefly checked the bag and assumed everything was in there. When we got home, our 10 piece nugget was missing, and so was two hot & spicy mcchickens. We were just going to let it go, but once we tried our other food, it was cold, the regular mcchickens we got, the lettuce was soggy and nasty. At this point, i decided just to grab the food and go back up there, because the APP says you must go through the store you placed the order through in order to get food replaced/or refund. When i got to the store, the doors were locked, the drive through line was decently long, so i decided just to call, and that’s where Shay comes in. I explained to her we were missing our nuggets, the mcchks, and that the rest of the food was just nasty, she asked for our order number, and then asked me to hold, when she got back on the phone she proceeded to inform me that the girl who bagged my order remembers putting the nuggets in the bag, and that it was a male driving. I then confirmed with Shay that yes, it was a male driving, but the nuggets definitely weren’t in the bag & not the only thing we were missing. She then sighed and asked what size the nuggets were, i said 10, she offered to remake them, i AGAIN reminded her about our missing hot & spicys, she then offered to remake the three. I said, well personally i think and would like you to replace everything because its all nasty/cold. She told me she couldn’t do that because “they start mobile orders once they get there”, yeah that doesn’t explain my soggy over salted cold fries, or my nasty lettuce. I realized i wasn’t getting anywhere with her, so i just asked if she could refund the whole thing because it was a waste at this point, she told me she couldn’t refund mobile orders because “the store personally doesn’t take or get that money so her drawer and safe would be short” i then referred back to what the McDonald’s mobile app clearly states, she told me her general manager/supervisor Reginald, told her they can’t process mobile order refunds, she states it’s a confusing process, but i have to go to the contact section on the app. Honestly, completely fed up at this point, i ask her again why the app would say i need to contact the store to get refunded, Shay again states the safe short, etc. the phone call got slightly out of hand, nothing resolved, the phone call was ending and here i am, unable to request a refund through the app (because there’s not a way too and they also state several places to go through the restaurant themselves) At this point, i can’t even lie i cussed as i was speaking on the phone, not at her, but i did, she ended the call after (which is totally fair) BUT i just want our money back for this nasty food we didn’t eat& food we...
Read moreThankfully they forgot to hand me my coke, and while I was waiting I noticed something black floating on top of my iced coffee, which also thankfully, is in a clear cup. I picked it up and saw a big fly, bigger than a fruit fly but not quite a housefly. I'm not a fly expert, but I know a bug when I see one.
So I hand it back and say there's a fly in this and at this point it was stuck to the side where the lid and side of the cup meet, so she takes it from me and says to the manager there's a fly in it. The manager starts shaking the cup and says where, I don't see a fly that's an ice cube, it's just an ice cube. 😒🙄🧐
I said that is not an ice cube, there is a fly in there and when I handed it back, she could see it clearly, then she says fine I'll make you another one. Absolutely ridiculous. Why on Earth would you argue with a customer who has a bug in there drink? And then not even offer an apology.
But this is the same manager who another time didn't believe my order was my order because someone bumped it off their screen and argued with me about that, too, even though I had the receipt. She's just the worst, can expect much more of her, I guess.
2024 update..
Haven't seen that manager in a long while, but don't bother going here in the evening/at night. Once the day manager is gone, all heck breaks loose, it turns into a party and not a one of them cares about their job. They'll just be hanging out, living it up.
You'll be waiting forever for your food and it won't even be hot when you get it.
And if you dare go inside, you and your children be greeted with loud, vulgar music that just adds to the party atmosphere. 🥴
The person that owns this franchise obviously doesn't care, either, because there's no way all of this isn't obvious on the cameras. They get complaints all the time and nothing is done.

Read moreToday we placed a order on the mobile app, that was at 10:12, went to the gas station then there, waited in line and got to the window at 10:31 and wouldnt make our food because we were 1 minute late, then said it was our fault and wouldnt give us a refund, called the store and the manager kept talking over me as im trying to ask wheres our food or pur $40, kept talking over me so ya i swore but if you take my money ill say anything i want to you especially if you say its my fault.
An every time we order there which i dont like to much, mainly our children that want it, the food is always cold and soggy and have to air fry it at home to make it decent, there was a time i kept re-ordering it 3 times till the food was atleast a 5/10 quality, im done with this location im going to go to a further location just to get their food to not give this location business.
In my opinion and i dont even like even having this notion on people and mess with their lively hood or money, but the whole staff should not have a job and be terminated. Make un-edible food then now our thieves and blame you for stealing your money with no refund and then get upset because i swore but wouldnt let me talk, well im upset i paid for your service then wouldnt let me speak and wouldnt make our food and took our money so again ill say anything to you i want.
