Bun Nuoc Leo Soc Trang — Restaurant in Westminster

After reading some reviews, so I guess I'm an unlucky one who had a bad experience here.

Visited around 1pm with my friend and ordered 2 signature Bun Nuoc Leo Soc Trang which originally came from my hometown and hope that I could get something to remind me about that place. The restaurant was not really busy but then It took around 15-20 minutes to get our foods. The dish came with a little bit unadvertised and looked like something missing. I gave it a try but the flavor was kinda plain and wasn't well seasoned; I also found out that it was missing the fish; both of our bowls. Asked for the young waiter who was very unattended to confirm if this dish contains fish and he said yes. After coming back to the kitchen, he just... got out and pretended like nothing happened. Not a single word back to us. When we pay we asked the cashier lady again and she also not resolved the problem at all, only : " remind me next time when you come back so I can give you something back!". Oh yeah, like she think we will ever come back. Also, too much MSG from the soup that got our tongue felt uncomfortable later on.

Your food might be good for someone else but your service definitely terrible at this point. Two tips for you. One, solve the problem right away when it happens, don't expect customers come back to resolve it later. Two, please hire someone that really want to work and be responsible with...

This place serve good vietnamies food. I love their rice dish with shredded pork skin, deep fried three layer pork with crispy skin and fried egg. The place was well kept. The service is so so. I loved Heo quay when they put it in bún mm, it seem to me they made it fresh, yeah it was delicious, also the passion fruit juice was the best that i couldn't find anywhere else to compare. I would give this place a thump up....
