Love the sandwiches but not the sneaky way they offer add-ons such a bacon. Ordered the club that comes with bacon but when he asked about each item he was adding after I ordered the Turkey club....the menu list what comes on the sandwich so why ask me if I want each item as he's making my sandwich. " Do you want bacon" ? Yes, well Three dollars added to my sandwich I guess for EXTRA BACON ...I didn't order extra I just wanted what comes on the sandwich . Nothing extra. So beware! For them adding extra to your sandwich. EDIT....... I was contacted by the owner of Jersey Mike's Huntington Beach location through email a day or so after writing my review. I was impressed that the owner made this effort to reach out and try to resolve the matter. Mike ( the owner) listed the sandwiches with Turkey ( by names ) and there isn't a sandwich called " Turkey Club " as I referred to. Instead the sandwich I ordered was the ' Club sub". Mike also offered to mail me two redeemable vouchers for free subs. I thought that was stand up! So I will definitely be visiting Jersey Mike's again. One of the employees went on break with his friend his friend was saying stuff then the employee chimed in with saying stuff as well this was around 340pm om a friday... may 19th.. I was sitting on a bench minding my own business now if employees want to say stuff yes I will be reporting this since I eat well did eat jersey Mike's all the time after I see how employees act on break im going to make sure this gets out how they act... I really don't care for an apology from someone with an attitude like that if you allow people to work there no matter how good they can make a sandwich then you need employees who are respectful not kids with wavy hair hopefully you figure out who this is and what a mistake you made I'd probably look for another job...

This place is amazing, I came here with my girlfriend to get my birthday sub but had an issue. I had never gotten the email or text to claim it, but I had an ID with my bday on it and Emily said that was perfectly fine since I was part of their rewards program. Emily made a delicious Grilled Pastrami Reuben and I ate every bite. Very friendly staff overall, and she was even training someone on the register while helping me and making my order.
