Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Westminster

Jersey Mikes is my favorite sandwich shop. However, this is the most poorly run jersey mikes that I have ever been to in my life. They messed up my husband's cheesesteak...most likely because they did not write down any of the orders. My brother asked for toppings on his cheesesteak, and again, they messed up his as well by not adding the toppings. It takes two seconds people. If they had just written down the orders, there probably wouldn't have been an issue. The slicer was nice, but the rest of team was completely out of it. I don't think any of them wanted to be there. The bread was dry, which happens when you leave it uncovered or in the proofer (right after the proofer has been recently turned off). An entire bottle of Tabasco sauce was dropped and shattered on the grill. MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN. This is the only jersey mikes that I have ever complained about in my life. It just needs a good manager that can get the employees doing the right thing. Good luck to this place with the store evaluation. Probably going to have to fake it till you make it...

I love their fresh subs. The people who work.there are always very nice. Went to jersey mikes today. 6/20/2022. This one girl named Ali should not be working there. My son and myself ordered our sandwiches. My son asked her to ring it up as a meal he had 2 drinks a sandwich and chips. Would have saved money. She said oh no it's a fountain drink. I told her it says a drink, sandwich and chips. She continued to argue. The other employee was trying to show her how to ring it up the correct way and she literally threw a tantrum and and threw her hands up in the air and said im not dealing with this and ran off to the bathroom. The other person rang us up the right way and was very nice. This employee named Ali should be fired immediately. This is not the first time she lost control. I do not want her to ever help me again. Makes me not want yo ho back and we go...

I’m not the one to write a review because I understand no one is perfect but tonight at Jersey Mikes I quite literally stood there waiting in line for my sandwich for almost 40 mins. I know it was busy and I know the hot sandwiches take longer. The associates were apologetic and friendly but I had two families in line after me that weren’t door dash pickups, fresh orders just like me, that had gotten their food before me and there were hot sandwiches that were ordered. After they noticed I was still waiting there they asked me what I had ordered again and I had to leave because that irritated me even more. I gave a 3 star because the food is good I have eaten here numerous times and the associates were dealing with a crowd but asking me what I ordered again was just annoying since I had been waiting for...
