Rude and unorganized! I was with my daughter in between my kids sporting events and had about 10 mins to swing in and grab lunch. We ordered a burger, fry, 4pc nugget and 2 drinks. 30 MINUTES LATER, after approaching the counter multiple times to inquire about our food, I was given our food, and let the lady know (she was the one I spoke to multiple times, and she just kept saying "I'm waiting on the kitchen") that we were now going to be late for her V-ball tourney. Her response? "Well you could have just walked out"! I almost lost it, but feel like I kept my cool, as I heard multiple people in the dining room respond to her comment with "You have got to be kidding me". I did respond to her letting her know that I paid for my food, so I expect to receive my food, and in a timely manner.
Now I will say it was not her fault, though she had no reason to be rude in front of my daughter, but you could tell the entire staff hated being there. When we walked in, which should have been my cue to turn around and leave, the manager was at the end of the line yelling and belittling the prep line workers. As he did this he threw the bag on the counter and stormed off to the back of the store and yelled "I'll be back in a minute!" Bad management leads to unhappy workers, which leads to unhappy costumers. Definitely wont be stopping here again, and I was not the only unhappy costumer in the dining...
Read moreAvoid this location if possible. Worst McDonald's experience I've had; even the managers don't care about making sure you get the items you ordered.
We used the app to order 2 sausage biscuits with egg, one of which was a meal combo with small drink. When we got our order, we were handed a bag with one biscuit and a hash brown, no drink. I asked the employee, who turned out to be a manager named Alex, why we were only getting half our order.
The conversation lasted about 60 seconds. Alex refused to accept responsibility, kept saying he wasn't handing out food that didn't show up on his screen, and blamed both me and the app. He did not approach the situation logically or calmly, and clearly just wanted me to go away with half my order.
If I go to restaurant, order food, pay for that food, and then don't get that food, there's a problem. If a manager at the restaurant refuses to make that right, there's a much bigger problem, and it becomes fraud.
Alex stated the missing items would be refunded through the app. That hasn't happened. Alex stated lots of things, all to get me out of his way.
Alex, having been a team leader in the fast-food industry before, I highly suggest you find a different line of work. Managers take responsibility for the restaurant and the brand. They don't deflect and belittle customers over $3...
Read moreEvery time I’ve come here in the past two months the staff have been extremely rude the first time I got a double hamburger and stated my dad is lactose intolerant they put cheese in the burger and when I asked them to replace it they yelled in my face and your entire staff acted like absolute children.Including the managers refusing to remake my order. and it all could’ve been solved if your employees were just paying attention, instead of laughing over the intercom and joking, instead of doing their job. And then they could’ve simply remade the item because it was on them, but they decided to laugh in my face, shut the window in my face yell in my face . tonight when I went through the drive through at 11:15 I was greeted with we’re getting ready to close. What do you want? Insinuating that I hurry up and order to not inconvenience them. You should really reconsider who you guys hire because who do you have working the window and the counters drives business and if you’re not being graded with friendly service nobody’s gonna wanna go to your store. And now that it’s happened not once but twice I know it’s an uninviting environment and I will not...
