I spent $3 extra for the beyond orange chicken with my plate, and there were only 11 pieces. I've ordered this many times in the past and I know for a fact they underserved it. This was an order for delivery, and when I called they told me to come to the store with the receipt to replace the food. I told the lady on the phone that this was a delivery order and the response I received was, "when you have time to come to the store, come by with the receipt and we'll replace the food." Absolutely insane. I predict 2 things: 1. The worker that made the order didn't properly scoop it. Or 2. (Most likely) They didn't have enough of the beyond Orange Chicken prepared and decided to give me less than what I paid for. I paid $3 extra dollars because it's a "premium item" and the amount I received isn't worth the extra $1.50 surcharge that premium items get, let alone $3. I'm so done with this location. To the manager/franchise owner: you need to do better. I've had past orders cancelled. I've had multiple orders be incorrect. I've had orders in which it was obvious that the food was sitting out longer than your own policy allows. This location is terrible. They'll serve you orders that are missing items. They'll send old and cold food. They'll take extra money from you while giving you less than you would've gotten for getting non-premium items. I have spent far more money on this location than I care to admit, but I'm fed up with it. I'm done giving another cent and will patronize other locations, if not entirely stopping patronizing Panda Express entirely. I've worked in multiple types of fast food and I never allowed myself to provide such terrible service. I don't know what it is about Colorado, but I've learned that food workers in this state, whether it's fast food or restaurants, are just the worst. I've been to half the country and I've never experienced such consistently terrible food service experiences as I've experienced in this state. Go to a different location or find some local Chinese restaurant that won't serve you old, incorrect, or smaller proportions than you've paid for. 0 stars. Waste of time and money.

Been a long time since I've been to Panda and well there's a reason. Thought maybe the food had changed and gotten better but its a big NO. Ordered 2 plates. The little gal that helped me was very nice. Husband and I ordered Honey Walnut Shrimp, lo mein, crab cheese wonton and 2 egg rolls. The shrimp was the last few in the bottom of the bowl and were burnt! Hardly ANY sauce on them so needless to say really dried out. The lo mein, same thing, just REALLY dry. The wontons were the worst. Check out photos. They were so so over cooked and there was a "smidge" of crab cheese in the middle. Took one bite and had to throw out the rest.... 30.00 wasted. Panda, what happened?? Wont be going back. Sorry

Horrible experience. First time empolyees extremely rude due to asking for FRESH food because all the food looked like it had been sitting out for days!! And even fresh made it tastes like old dirty oil.....Tried to give the benefit of the doubt and try going again, worst idea!! Walked in, not greeted for starters. Then Honey sesame, which is my all time favorite was advertised on the big board. Im thinking great cant wait to order! However I don't see any out, so I kindly ask them to make some and they lady LAUGHS at me like what Im asking is a joke and tells me they dont have any and they cant make it anymore!! I ask so why is it being advertised if its now unavailable?? You mean to tell me your HUGE sign is lying and u dont have no damn chicken in the back with some honey?? So my husband asks so why is the sign up saying you have it? She replys well we forgot to take it down! So you really couldnt make us some for the inconvenience? We said take down the sign then, false advertisement and walked out! We believe thats the worst panda express in the U.S.A! Pleaee dont waste your gas, time, or money going there!! On 07/11/20, my family ordered Panda Express and had it delivered through GrubHub. We sat down to eat, and one of the plates we had ordered was missing the meat entirely, and only had the chow mein in the box. My husband drove back to the store, and explained what happened to the worker. The worker then tried to argue with my husband saying he remembered putting the meat in the box, and the GrubHub delivery driver must have eaten it. My husband pointed out that there was no sauce residue from the orange chicken, and the box didn't smell like orange chicken had even been in it. Finally, the worker said "Well I guess I'll re-make it". Why would we have it delivered and then drive all the way over to the store if we weren't truly missing food?
