I have ordered delivery from this Pizza Hut probably 5-6 times, and they've literally never gotten my order right. Something is wrong EVERY. TIME., whether that's missing toppings, the wrong crust, or items missing entirely.
An entire pizza was missing on my most recent order, and I called Pizza Hut four times trying to get ahold of someone to get the pizza or a refund. I was redirected to the call center all but the last/fourth call, when an employee at the store wordlessly picked up the phone, left it off the hook, and went on to rant about their shift schedule to a coworker for a full minute or two before helping a customer at the counter. They never acknowledged my phone call so eventually I hung up.
Now, I can appreciate that the store is probably understaffed, but that's still the store manager's responsibility. Failure to hire employees who know how to act professional and do their jobs shouldn't be that hard (unless of course Pizza Hut or the manager refuses to pay a living wage as indicated on their website, in which case the understaffing makes perfect sense -- and is STILL on them to fix).
I sent a complaint through the Pizza Hut website and was told that someone from the store would contact me with a resolution within three days. This was a week ago, and I still haven't heard a peep from them besides a generic emailed coupon apologizing for my "late" order and offering to let me place another order -- so they can mess it up again.
Don't waste your time with this Pizza Hut location. They will screw up your order, refuse to take responsibility, and leave you high and dry paying for food you never received. If I could give them negative stars, I absolutely would. It's incredibly frustrating and infuriating trying to deal with this place and get the food you paid for (or a freaking refund). Read moreI keep trying to give this location a chance, but I am so done with it. They are very inconsistent with their service. Sometimes they are spot on and on time. Then sometimes they are incredibly late and/or the order is wrong. When running later than the app estate delivery time (which is quite frequently) they say they are short drivers or short staffed that day. Either they cannot keep employees on or they are not staffing correctly. I have had 3 deliveries that were over45 minutes late. 2 pick up orders that were running 15 or more minutes late. I have gotten the completely wrong pizza once. Almost every delivery is missing the dipping sauce or something else I ordered and paid for. The main reason I keep coming back is because they are the only company that delivers that has stuffed crust. But I am so done with this location. I will not be ordering ever again!
My most recent experience the app said 35 minutes. After 70 minutes I called the store to get the status on my extreamly late pizza. They told me they had a driver walk out on them and only have 2 instead of 3. On top of that she told me that they normally have 3 on Sunday but even that isn't normally enough. She could not give me an accurate delivery time but said my pizza was coming out of the oven shortly. Since it was already past 9pm at this point, I just decided to go pick up the pizza myself. It's only a 10 minute drive. I know, not very far, but I ordered delivery because I did not feel like driving. I get there and the manager takes $5 off for the inconvenience and the deliver fee. I had to come pick up the pizza that was supposed to be delivered almost an hour ago. I really don't think a $5 discount really cuts it. To top it off, the pizza didn't even seem fresh! It was warm-ish, not hot at all! I do not advise ordering from here. You have about a 50/50 chance of getting everything correct...
Read moreThis was one of the worst experiences we have had! We just moved and this is apparently the nearest store. First, we ordered a family wing deal (16 wings & 2 orders of fries) when the food showed up the delivery associate stated that they were out of fries and we had to call to get the price adjusted. When I called, the manager said she tried to call however I never received any phone call. She said that I wouldn't be charged for the fries but I had to wait to see any adjusted amounts. I ordered on Thursday and I am still waiting for the refund. After these problems I tried to sit down with my family, in our new home, to enjoy an incomplete meal. My two sons were very upset that we did not receive our fries. The pizza was cold and wasn't very good, but the real problems didn't start until the next day. All four of us that ate the pizza and wings received was EXTREMELY sick. We all threw up along with other bathroom issues. Considering there was FOUR of us trying to use TWO bathrooms this was a horrible experience for our first dinner together in our new home. Needless to say we will never order from this store again, which is unfortunate because at our old house we ordered Pizza Hut often enough that we currently have enough points to redeem free items.
