My son with severe nut allergies wanted a Cake Pop. I asked the young man behind the desk what the ingredients in the cake pops were. He told me he didn't know and turned around and walked away. I asked him if they had the list of ingredients somewhere and he responded, no. I was the only customer at the time and he was extremely rude and dismissive. There was a person playing on his phone, who refused to look up or acknowledge me for a few minutes. I was told that light ice wasnât an option, and if another location says it is then theyâre lying to me, but the drive through across the street seems to manage it just fine.
