My son with severe nut allergies wanted a Cake Pop. I asked the young man behind the desk what the ingredients in the cake pops were. He told me he didn't know and turned around and walked away. I asked him if they had the list of ingredients somewhere and he responded, no. I was the only customer at the time and he was extremely rude and dismissive. Luckily, another employee who wasn't working was standing nearby. She walked behind the counter, grabbed the ring of cards with ingredients listed and helped me out. 5 stars to her! O stars to him. Tried to purchase a cup at 7:45pm and there were no employees to be found. I checked back a few minutes later and still no employee. I checked out my groceries and walked back over. There was a person playing on his phone, who refused to look up or acknowledge me for a few minutes. As soon as the clock rolled over to 8:01 he looked up, said "I'm closed now" then looked back down. If that's the kind of lazy, useless employees you have I have NO problem going to the Starbucks across the street, where I always get excellent service from employees who actually work...

I asked for an iced shaken espresso with light ice and vanilla cold foam. I was told that light ice wasn’t an option, and if another location says it is then they’re lying to me, but the drive through across the street seems to manage it just fine. So I got home, removed the ice by hand, and made my own cold foam because you forgot it. It’s ironic how you corrected my order but couldn’t get my order correct. Thanks Miss Lip Ring girl.
