Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Westminster

I ordered the tenderloin steak sandwich - well done, and it is beyond me how a well done steak could be served lukewarm off the grill.

The ciabatta bread flaked heavily on the top - a clear indication of the bread being excessively dried out before toasting. The bread was toasty, especially at the ends, but yet somehow, no warmer than room temperature.

The green bean fries were warm at best. The side salad took several efforts from the order taker to finally get the kitchen to deliver.

The Cypress Habit has become very inconsistent with the quality of their food. The cooks clearly aren't following Habit cooking procedures, and their food-prep sloppiness and corner-cutting shows.

Terrible!! we were charged for somebody else's order, $40.00 for 2 burger combos(no cheese or onions) which we did not receive. We ordered water bottles, and one milk shake.Did not get these either. WE got 4 burgers with onions and cheese, 4 fries (soggy) one orger of chicken nuggets,! threw these in the trash. no drinks no water or milk shake. and door dash left it next door at the wrong house. we could barely eat the fries they were so soggy. WE tried to eat the burgers, but they were too filled with cheese and onions. threw these away also When we called to tell the manager. \she said they would reimburse us, but she never did, so we're out 40 dollars with the $9.00 tip

Great shakes and malts* but just OK burgers.

I love their malts and shakes. But only when you get them fresh. I always take the drive thru and because their food is either super fresh made to order for everyone else in front of me or they're slow, it takes 5 to 10 minutes until it's my turn and my shake is melted already. That's just the nature of the drive thru on a small order item I guess, may have to do walk in next time.

The burgers are ok. The buns are too small for all they're packing inside. The fries are very very basic. Definitely not worth the $2.50 they're charging. For that price I'd head over to Wingstop next door and get lemon...
