Not sure if it was cause we went "kind of late" at night, around 9ish, but the food was not that great, I don't like Panda Bowl and I think their chicken is better! The personal was nice and everything, friendly, attentive and fast but the food.... like I said, maybe cause they were about to close and didn't want to cook any new batch of any food, but then again, they can always try to cook a little less and that way it is always fresh. I honestly think they have had those items in their steam table minimum for an hour and a half to two hours already. But, I was so hungry that I finished my whole plate lol. I was going to take to go, to bring to my son but none of the options were appealing, and the teriyaki chicken didn't look good at all. I don't think I'll ever go again to any of their food chain. Very bad customer service from two female employees. Was in a obvious bad mood when taking our order, I just ignored as people sometimes have a bad day.. but when serving our food she was tossing small amount and had a I don’t care attitude. Completely rude. It was shocking.The two women were observed whispering while looking at my family, as it was obvious they were talking bad/ gossiping right in front of us. I also see many other reviews in regards to bad customer service here. I should have looked at the reviews before coming. I will never come here again. Customer service is key to making a customer feel welcomed and the experience made a bad impression on me and my family. Food was over cooked and just not good. Well, that was horrid! We've loved this place for a long time. I, personally, have been coming here for fresh, hot large portions of Chinese food.

Well, not tonight! We always get the same thing: 3 item combo with BBQ pork, orange chicken and kung pao. Plus a large egg flower soup. We share it. Tonight I felt like something beefy... Beef and broccoli. Nope. Hub went in and there was no B&B. No BBQ pork. Had to settle for BBQ chicken. Kung pao was mostly onions and everything was COLD. Egg flower soup is usually too hot to eat right away. Not tonight. It was pretty gross. It's now in the fridge. We git egg rolls because there was no B&B but they were cold too.

Here's a hint: don't turn off the steam table before you're done selling food. Huge food...
