Very upset about the experience I had at this location, not only are the prices very high but the experience in its entirety was disappointing. The workers can barely speak English so forget about trying to understand what they're saying. The dough of the donuts are cooked either too long in dirty oil or not long enough, I was unable to eat any of the donuts I received. The breakfast sandwiches didn't taste right like poor quality ingredients being used to prepare them. They overcharged me for a dozen donuts and didn't ring it up like their window deal says and charged me for each donut full prices across the board making the total price $42 for a dozen and 2 break sandwiches. Then to top it off they brought up another two bags with 3 bars and specialty bars that they claimed they hadn't been included in the first payment, and got me to pay them twice for 4 bars totaling at $7.65 and the only reason I didn't understand what was happening was because I thought they were saying they were giving me free donuts for spending so darn much and the loss in translation made for a convoluted mess of things. And it wasn't till I read the receipt and saw what they had done. Icing on the cake was my question about the price of a dozen on the window for $8.99 to which they stated that's only for certain donuts(ie glazed type only) ridiculous prices and terrible tasting dough and old dirty frying oil. Let me start this off I’ve been going to this place for a while. I’ve always used the too good to go app. Never had an issue with the previous cashier. Today was the worst experience. This is my first review that’s how bad this experience was. I showed up with my order to pick up through the too good to go. I showed her the proof with the confirmation code. The cashier didn’t want to take my order. Said I had to go through the app. I explained that I did showed her my phone. She still wasn’t understanding. She got mad which I don’t understand why? She then went to the back and called someone and started cussing in her language. Came back tried showing her again got super rude with me. I’m on a cane she started making rude remarks about me. I kept my composure. Took photos to show the app. Walked out of the store will never be going do not recommend this place. Overall worse experience never have I experienced this. I was a regular here, I didn’t mind overpaying for Donuts, they tried not only up-rate me at the register, but I asked to see the break down because of it, the fridge clearly has a price of $2.50 for the small coffee, the large $3.50, makes sense, but when I respectfully called them out, instead of correcting their mistake for a regular customer “I forgot to change the price all coffees large or small $3.50,” they could’ve easily fixed it for me that one time and I’d gladly pay their new price in the future, instead I won’t be...
