Yummy Bakery — Restaurant in Westminster

Got here on recommendation! They have the best authentic Vietnamese Banh Bao that I really love.

Because they sell mostly convenient on-the-go & finger food, there’s no tables for you to dine-in, mostly for takeouts. Oh, they have a drive through, but last time I visited, a car was parked in the middle of the driveway, with no drivers. No idea if it’s of an employee or customer.

The staff were super nice and friendly. She gave us helpful tips of local eateries, and agreed to let me use their private employee restroom to change my son’s dirty diaper.

The Bao was good. I bought 2 boxes back to San Jose and stored them in the freezer. Still good after 2 weeks. Just need some steaming. The milk condensed coffee was also good.

Other than that, they have many products that I would like to try next...

The Bahn mi sandwiches were on point and the roast pork was awesome $15 a lb kinda pricey but not horrible, only semi complaint or critic was the 3% charge for using a charge card but the way around that is cash talks or use card expecting a 3% more. Now I’ve read other reviews on this location and from what I’ve been able to summize is the food never is the issue they probably had a unhappy employee or not trained employee ur I never encountered them so my review is based on food experience 👍and interaction with the counter person at the time which was good. This location at Westminster and Newland. I have bought the food here many times. I like some foods here. I like the previous cashier (She is the skinny lady) since it was opened. But the cashier right now I really don't like her. She is very rude. Her face look like she's usually angry. The way her talking is not professional. While she was talking with me for selling the food, she was personally talking with someone else on the phone. Her eyes stare at me when I confuse something and ask her.
