Came in today and family ordered two carne asadas and one carne tapatio which came with chihuahua cheese. Slightly disappointed because I was having higher expectations for the food because of the other reviews but maybe they had a sub cook come in for the day or something because the food was ridiculously salty. The meat was cooked pretty decent and wasn’t too chewy. The cheese on the tapatio carne was a little much as I was expecting maybe like a healthy strip rather than a humongous covering of the entire steak. There was more cheese than beans and rice and sauce. The sauce and the beans were also salty. More so the meat for all three dishes. We unfortunately won’t be back because how is it all three dishes have salty meat? The drinks are slightly overpriced and that is mainly for the aguas Fresca and the bottles sodasz the aguas seemed to be made using powder mixes and the lemonade is definitely also a powder mix drink. The atmosphere was cute and kept Cool inside to best the heat which was nice. Our waitress was also on top of everything and deserves all her good tips because she at least was the highlight of the experience here. I would still encourage to give it a try if in the area and maybe the other dishes would do justice but for now I might have to leave this place alone...
Read moreI recently visited Tapatio Mexican Grill and had a great experience! The atmosphere was welcoming, the waitress Andrea was extremely friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. The menu offered a wide variety of traditional Mexican dishes and the prices were very reasonable. My favorite dish was the tamales, which were made fresh and had a perfect balance of flavors and spices. I also really liked their homemade tortilla chips and salsa. Everything we ordered was cooked to perfection and was tasty. The combo platters were also a great deal and had a great selection for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend Tapatio Mexican Grill for a flavorful and enjoyable...

The food is always hot, accurate, and fast. The shredded beef and steamed beef head were amazing on the nachos, and my personal favorite is the Chorizo Gordita. If feeling less adventurous the steak torta milanese is wonderful.
The staff are friendly and offer fast, clean service.
The decoration on the inside is so cute for Christmas, and the everyday look of the restaurant is very homey with all of the wood.
The restaurant does serve alcohol if you are craving an after work...
