Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Westmont

This location can vary widely depending on who’s working and today was a bad one. I ordered 2 pizzas, one crazy bread and sauce (sauce is important) and a pineapple pepsi. When i arrived there was no soda available for anyone (not a big deal but still a little odd) so i asked how am i gonna get refunded for the drink since it was only pretty expensive for a small bottle and the guy behind the counter was either new or had no clue how to handle my questions cause he would keep saying let me talk to the manager and keep walking back and forth instead of bringing the manager to me first and they still made it vague how they were gonna refund me so I was a bit ticked but whatever so i drive home….no sauce so i zoom back and ask for my sauce plus an extra for my trouble and they wanted me to pay for it (i kinda get it but at the same time you made me drive back) so i said no im not gonna pay for the extra ill just take the one you didn’t put in my order and i guess he could sense my frustration so hes like just take it. Overall good food but service needs work and this whole wait to be refunded method is terrible as I honestly don’t know if i will get refunded. So just be wary ordering online as you might get scammed...

I placed an order for delivery thru the Lil Caesars site. Order 4 items which include a 2L pop. Once the driver arrived I notified the driver am missing the 2L pop. He stated no then shows me my order which stated a 2L pop. He states sorry and he will go back. This location is about a 8 minute drive tops. I called the store to see if the driver is going to come back and the lady states that it’s not her fault the driver did not pick up the pop. I would have to reach out to him. As I am trying to ask how do I do that and if he does come back can I just have a refund. The lady cuts me off and states that has not nothing to do with them that he left the pop. I ask to speak to the manager which the lady states she is the manager. Then cuts he off again to say just come pick it up. I stated I am not able to do that then she cuts me off again and states she is not able to reach the driver. As I start speaking again she hangs up on me. Of found this manager who didn’t want to give me her name does not want to answer the phone now but I did reach out to customer service. Waiting...

I called into this location roughly 45 minutes before closing to see if they could do a pizza a specific way. Even though I could not have my pizza the way I was questioning, Cynthia informed me that she had just put in some hot n ready pizzas which was my next question. I informed her that I was on my way from work and would be there soon. Cynthia received an online order and without me asking put a cheese and a pepperoni in fresh for me so that I had it when I got there (I did not order it online). When I got to the store, Cynthia greeted me and was very friendly. I got exactly what I wanted with fantastic service and rushed back to work before we closed so that my coworker and I could indulge in some late night goodness. I realized 1 minute to closing that I had left my sauces there. I called back and Cynthia once again answered even after closing time. She then said I could make my way back and she would have them for me. Cynthia delivered great service in a very friendly manner! I want you to know that those small gestures made my night end on a much better note -...
