Both online and on the door of the store it is noted that it closes at 12 mid night. My wife and I just came back from a late wedding and wanted something to eat at around 10:30 pm. This was around 1 and a half hours before closing time and yet the entire staff parked their cars around the edges of the parking lot and in front of the drive through to block entry. I understand that even a fast food joint wouldn't want customers close to closing time but 1.5 hrs before closing seems somewhat reasonable and yet the entire store was blocked off.

Furthermore, the staff can be seen inside the store just standing around and joking with one another so obviously there was no issue of work. If anything the company is probably paying these employees to play around for an hour and a half. No cleaning was seen from the outside and only just people laughing and running around the kitchen/counter area. If this is the case, just change your hours on Google to close at 11 pm instead. Customer service has always been lacking at this particular Raising Cane's from errors on orders or super over cooked chicken tenders that taste burnt which is probably because they were too lazy or cheap to use fresh oil. This isn't always the case as the weekday staff seems fine. The weekend staff seems like a laughable joke that I refuse to come back here. I LOVE Raising Cane's but I think I'm going to take a very long break for now or at least only come during the day in weekdays where the staff actually cares to work and do a good job. Why spend your money at a place that barely gets your orders right on the weekends and closes early so the staff can just block off the entire establishment...

Today I decided to go in and see the inside of Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers as my previous visit was at the drive-through lane. My dinner was excellent as the chicken seemed to be more crispy and the toast more crispy than with the take-out container since I have to drive home with it. I loved it tonight! The chicken was so moist on the inside and so crispy on the outside and the pieces of chicken were generous. The fries were standard and the sauce has a spicy taste but mild which should appeal to kids. I ordered the 3 finger combo which really was plenty for me. Note though that the Cole Slaw only comes with the larger size combo. There was one standout employee tonight 2/5 at about 6:00 PM. They had no name tags on so I couldn't give her praise here. She had a blue sweatshirt on. I noticed she did her job diligently and swept the floor, straightened the chairs, wiped the tables, moved the yellow caution sign and put it away, replaced napkins, and when I went to the trash can to leave she came over to me and asked if she could help and took my dirty plates and threw them out for me. Excellent. I attended the grand opening as well and noticed that there seemed to be team building and merit awards so seems like a nice place to work. Every night when I drive by I have seen a steady stream of traffic at the drive-through and many cars parked so it seems to be...

Do not order curbside pickup you will waste your entire lunch break and may not even get your food. I ordered curbside pickup because the drive thru line was very long - I wanted to do drive thru pickup but that option was unavailable at the time for seemingly no reason so I decided to just do curbside. I checked in after I got an email saying I needed to check in (there were otherwise no indicators that I would need to check in for curbside) and said I was here at the restaurant but after 40 minutes I still hadn't received my food. At this point the drive thru line had significantly decreased so I just drove up and told them I hadn't received my food and they told me to pull to the 2nd window and at that point I finally got my order. The ONLY highlight of my experience today was the pleasant customer service I received from the gentleman at the drive thru that I spoke with and told I had been waiting for my order, he had a very professional and warm demeanor and I only hope my frustrations didn't come off as...

Tried canes chicken for the second time since this place is so busy! I showed up right before the rush! Tonight since my birthday plans got smashed , I decided to get a pity meal I got the three finger box Funny thing is, the young kid working the counter, remembered me and said are you here to try the lemonade? lol yes I am ! Kind of wish the chicken fingers had seasoning, but they keep it plain It wasn’t bad.. the cane sauce is OK, I don’t hate it . The lemonade wasn’t as sweet as you think I don’t need the Texas toast! I could live without it.. personal preference, I guess! Not bad for my pity meal! @Raising Cane's #raisingcanes #chickenfingers #fastfoodreview #foodtiktok #tiktok #tiktokviral
