Nice spacious room with a full kitchen and sofa area, and two large comfortable beds. I really loved the bedding, the sheets were super soft and plush, and they provide lots of squishy pillows - which I considered buying, since they do offer them for purchase. The Inn is very well located off the freeway, and there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is also only about a five minute trip to the Cleveland Clinic hospital, so it's a good place to stay if you have any medical procedures planned where you need to stay overnight. They also have a nice outdoor pool and indoor gym, even though it was too cold to swim during our visit. They offer a free full breakfast bar, featuring coffee, tea, and make-it-yourself Belgian waffles, as well as plenty of pastries, oatmeal, muffins, yogurt, and the like. The only reason I gave four stars for the service is because we had a billing issue at checkout, as they failed to provide the AARP member discount we had requested in advance over the phone upon placing the reservation. When I inquired whether the discount had been applied, I was told it was not, because we would have had to provide the AARP information in advance upon reserving the room! We phoned them after checking out to request the discount amount to be refunded, and they eventually did so after speaking with the supervisor. The rest of the service was fine, and the staff was pleasant and professional. All in all, I would stay there again, but make certain of the rate and any discounts before I even give my payment information.

During my recent stay, I encountered a significant issue that negatively affected my experience. The most notable problem was the loud noise from a large air conditioning unit outside my room, which would turn on every ten minutes throughout the night with a loud buzzing sound, making it extremely difficult to sleep. After a challenging first night, I approached the front desk the following morning to request a room change, hoping for a solution to the unbearable noise. Unfortunately, the response to my request was less than satisfactory. Initially, I was informed that there were no available rooms and was advised to call back later in the day. Upon calling back, there was a brief moment of confusion as it seemed there was a room available, but this was quickly dismissed once I clarified I was seeking a room change, not a new booking. I was then told that changing rooms would incur an additional charge, and ultimately, my request was denied. The service attitude during this process was disappointing, further detracting from my overall experience. This has unfortunately left a negative impression, and I feel it’s important for potential guests to be aware of these issues when considering their stay.

If you're wrapping up a long drive with the final leg being Alligator Alley, the location couldn't get any better. The rooms fixture were a little used/abused, off kilter cabinet drawers, damaged tile and the like. The bottom of the tub looks like it has several attempted refinishing jobs, none of which went well. That said, the room didn't feel unclean and everything did work. Bed was plenty comfy and lots of pillows. Shower got nice and hot. The water from the sink didn't taste great, but that's not all that unusual. The breakfast was what you'd expect from this type of hotel, but I really enjoyed it. Waffles, oatmeal, eggs, potatoes, good selection of cold cereals, toast, individually wrapped muffins and pastries. Zero complaints on that front at all. The staff was also very nice, which was appreciated. I think the location could use a light remodel, but I'd stay there again. Thanks Hampton!

Hampton Inn Weston, Your hotel on North Commerce Pkwy is everything a hotel should be and you represent the Hilton brand at a top tier level! I stayed here 5 nights and I was immediately impressed from the moment I arrived. You're hotel was everything I was hoping it would be and you exceeded my expectations. I checked in on the Hilton app and got my confirmation with my digital key bypassing the front desk and went straight to my room. I requested an earlier check in if possible and your staff made it happen which was greatly appreciated because I was exhausted and needed some rest. When I walked in I was greeted with friendly smiles and welcoming faces by your staff and everyone offering to help me with my luggage. Your hotel smells amazing! I don't know what that scent is but it's just perfect! You're hotel is as clean as a whistle! And your housekeeping staff are very kind, friendly, and were always willing to assist me in any way. They keep your hotel impeccably clean and in my opinion deserve a raise! They were always around and very attentive. I was super impressed with my room- it had 2 double beds that were extremely comfortable and they spared no expense on the linens they were cool and super soft with pillows just right, a kitchenette with a microwave, a good size table with chairs, a desk, a good quality flat screen TV and tons of space at just the perfect price point. My room was on the second floor, it was immaculate and smelled great! Did I mention the AC?? The AC is key to any hotel stay in my opinion especially in Florida's hot weather and the AC in my room was nice and cold just the way I like it. It's adjustable also which is very accommodating and quiet. They have a great free breakfast that they change up every day and that was nice to have some variety. The food was fresh with an assortment of pastries and your choice of several juices which my favorite was the passion fruit orange juice. Best juice ever! I came down after breakfast service was over one morning and asked your staff if I could have some of the passion fruit juice and they made it happen! You get big points for that kitchen staff! Your breakfast area is very clean and breakfast service functions like a well oiled machine! Truth be told I was only booked for 3 nights but I decided to stay 2 more because you made me feel at home. I must give praise to Marco in guest services, he is an assett to your establishment! Marco assisted me with arranging a few more nights stay and made everything easy, I was able to stay in my room which I appreciated that so much. We messaged on the app and he even checked in with me to see how I was enjoying my stay. He should be tracked for management because he represents the Hilton brand with professionalism and has clear understanding of what hospitality truly means. Thank you Marco! I hope they promote you! Overall it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The location in Weston is central to everything and has some of the most popular restuarants and something for everybody. I will be recommending this Hampton Inn to my friends and family. Hilton for the win! Hilton for the stay! 110% Bye for now, but see...

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was a mixed experience. overall, my stay was quite enjoyable. The room was clean, the staff was courteous, and the amenities were satisfactory.

However, my experience took a negative turn after I checked out. I realized that I had left my apple watch in the hotel room. It was an iWatch with a 18 carat gold chain that was a gift from my father. Using the location services on my phone, I saw that the watch was still at the hotel. Despite this, when I went to the hotel, they informed me that they couldn't find it. We even went back to the room to search, but the watch was not there, even though the online location indicated otherwise. It still shows my watch is at the hotel. It will die soon and I wont be able to locate it anymore.

The staff told me that they would keep an eye out and let me know if they found it, but this situation has left a sour taste in my mouth. Losing an item and feeling like it wasn't properly addressed has overshadowed what was otherwise a pleasant stay. I'm still hopeful that the hotel will locate my watch and resolve this issue, but it will certainly impact my overall experience negatively if it’s not found.

-will keep updating the post.

1st update: the location of my watch is now a residential address close to the hotel. But I was told not to go to the address myself and seek police’s help. But the address is where there are a lot of apartments and it’s practically impossible to knock each door. I wish the hotel staff have helped me another way in the morning when I told them my watch is here and I can see it. 2nd update: seems one of the staff returned the watch without the band and gold chain to the hotel and said he/she found it in the hotel’s garbage. Probably because it was of no use as it was on lost mode. I leave the...

Hotel name was change to Hampton In by Hilton & it's by far not close to the Hilton experience I've grown to know. Every other day, we had to ask for towels & wash clothes.|Housekeeping "cleans" your room daily, but I've yet to see what they was cleaning. Shower had hair in it prior to checking in, daily used wash clothes & towels wasn't removed, small area with rugs was never vacuum even though we can see it had things on the rug, entire toilet bowl wasn't clean. Seems like all the staff did was made sure the hand soap, body wash, etc was topped off daily. The new renovated shower glass caused the floor to have a lot of water on it from showering. The higher the floor you stayed on, Wi-Fi is bad & the water pressure is bad, especially during the mornings. It had times where notice was left under your door letting guest know that the water will be turned off. Wi-Fi used to be good when a password was once required. Now, you don’t need a password. Parking lot is dark & there’s not much parking in the front depending on the time you arrive & day of the week. Plus, there's construction going on inside the hotel. But we was told about it prior to checking in & the noise was 9-5 Mondays - Saturdays. I'm all for the upgrades & if you wanna make this stay a quiet, relaxing vacation & to sleep in late, this isn't your place. At least not during construction phase. Also off free, decent breakfast & it has a shuttle that'll take you to Cleveland Clinic, Publix & Sawgrass Mall for free. But of course, there's a daily schedule for that. Also this hotel is about 20 minutes from Fort Lauderdale airport. Overall, the Housekeeping department needs to do better & pay more attention to detail & cleanliness.|Room never smelled fresh & cleaned prior to checking in & even during they so...
