I really wanted to like this new Wingstop, but unfortunately, it’s been a frustrating experience every time. To be honest, I’d rather drive the extra five minutes to the other Wingstop up the street. At this location, it feels like the entire store is run by teenagers with no real management presence. Things just don’t run smoothly. For example, don’t worry about having to wait on your food, it’ll be done way before the time they give you, and by the time you pick it up (even if you arrive exactly when the app says it’ll be ready), it’ll already be cold. My last order was especially disappointing. The tenders were drenched in sauce and ice cold. When I opened the box, they looked pale and greasy, like a dirty pan after cooking bacon. It was honestly unappetizing, and I had picked them up just one minute after the time I was told they’d be ready. Another huge issue is the online ordering system. Nine times out of ten, I can’t even place an order because the website says online ordering isn’t available from this location. I’ve tried on multiple devices and still get the same message. It’s inconsistent and unreliable. There was a time I called to ask if they were open, and someone actually answered, but now when I try to call, it goes straight to voicemail every time no matter when I call. If I can't order online, and I can't call to place an order, my only option is to order in-store, and that usually means waiting 25–30 minutes for the food to be made. It’s just not convenient, especially compared to the other location, where they usually have more than two people working and the management seems much more organized and involved. I understand this store is still new, but these issues go beyond typical growing pains. Hopefully things improve, but until then, I’ll be sticking with the more reliable location...
