Arby's — Restaurant in Westover

This Arby's location is the very WORSE I've ever been too!!!! They consistently get my orders wrong & have had to leave home again & go back to Arby's to straighten out my order, sometimes making 3 or 4 trips back & forth!!!!!. They either short me items, give me sandwiches like chicken salad with only one or two TABLESPOONS of the salad on a full lettuce leaf or turkey sandwiches with only 2 or 3 thin slices of turkey & missing the bacon. For the price of your sandwiches I EXPECT a FULL sandwich, not just a tablespoon or two of filling or missing items. They also give me totally WRONG items. I ordered today the Brown Sugar Bacon Burger when I got home I found I had been given a Roast Beef & 1 slice of Swiss Cheese instead of a burger (I don't eat Roast Beef & NEVER order it!) & my Chicken Salad again had only 1 or 2 tablespoons of chicken on it in the center of your large slice of bread!!!!!! I am beyond fed up with Arby's & their completely INCOMPETENT STAFF!!!!!!! These KIDS just literally throw the food together in much less portions than you advertise in your pictures. I have complained numerous times to the manager but NOTHING IMPROVES with their service!!!!!! And the PRICES you charge are outrageous....I can get a 12 inch FRESH sandwich at Subway 200 feet away from your Arby's for LESS than any of your sandwiches & no problems with their service. I will no longer be using Arby's...McDonald's, Burger King, Subway & other 'fast foods' are all close together here & LESS expensive than you are...when I want fast food, I'll use them instead. Maybe if you would hire more adults vs. brain dead high school & college kids that don't listen & KNOW what they're doing you wouldn't have these ongoing problems. Now, I have to leave home again & go back to Arby's to get THIS order straight & open or unwrap every item while still there to make sure it's done correctly & I get exactly what I ordered. Not happy to say...

DON'T EAT HERE EVER!!!!!! My husband and I where here a couple days ago and I don't recommend this to anyone, not even my enemies. The only thing that they managed to get right was the order!

Our mint shakes where barely halfway mixed through, lukewarm fries that tasted like old grease, my husband's sandwich tasted as though the grill hadn't been cleaned all week, the Oreo bites tasted stale, and the cookie was rock hard and able to be dropped without it breaking!!!!!! Not to mention the table and chairs had a sticky residue all over them!!!!

When my husband went and talked to the staff he was basically told to deal with it!!!!!!!! Talk about rude and...

Worst place ever go thur drive thur because can't go in anymore with everything going on and I ordered a chicken bacon swiss with no lettuce or tomato also ordered poppers and we pull out of the drive thur and we were missing our poppers so we had to get back in drive thur then I get home to eat my sandwich and it was a cordon blu so I called up to talk to the manager camron and he informed me that he thought that's what I said but he wasn't for sure so he just gave me what he wanted to give me my husband ordered a buffalo chicken and it was so messy he couldn't eat it this place will never ever see another ...
