Fat Angelo's — Restaurant in Westover

Was gonna take off a couple stars because they got my order wrong, but luckily I checked it in the car and was able to bring it back in. They didn't ask any questions; they just took my old one and said a new one would be out ASAP. Sure enough, ten-or-so minutes later, a correct one was brought out to my car.

Another reason why I decided not to take stars off is because the food was f'ing BOMB. Maybe it was because I was fasting for nearly eight hours, but still, my expectations were completely smashed. The steak on my pizza wasn't overcooked. The chicken parm hoagie was fresh and not stale/cheap by any means. The red sauce might be the best I've ever tasted, at least for a while. Perfectly sweet and the whole sandwhich just had so much flavor. I definitely need to try some of the other options!

I ordered again from here. The pierogi pizza was something different and was very good. I also got hot honey wings, which weren't hot at all (I have a very high tolerance, to be fair), but they were still...

I don't normally post reviews in a negative manner but this place is terrible. I have ordered from them a few times since the location opened for delivery with no problems. The last two times have been terrible and i won't waste my time with them again. Last time I placed my order online like everytime before well an hpur and a half passed so i called the store and they stated "they forgot to check their online orders". Admittedly they did make it right and get my order to me. But tonight i called to place an order and the fenale stated they don't deliver to my area even though their delivery radius online says it is 7 miles and i only 6 miles away. If they didn't want to work they could have said they were closing instead of use a bold face lie because they were too bothered with my call. I am done with this place even though they have decent food. Customer service...

I stopped in during a road trip up I79. I just wanted food that wasn't McDonald's or a gas station hot dog. What I got was that most ridiculously outstanding sandwich I've had in a minute or 19. I got the buffalo chicken hoagie on the "wedgie," which is basically baked pizza dough instead of bread. Holy. Eff. So good. I got the Louisiana Hot for the sauce and swapped the ranch for bleu cheese — because bleu cheese. They had amazingly selected craft brews, and the cooler behind the bar was like a mini candy store for adults. I cannot recommend this place more, and every single time I drive by Morgantown, I will stop in to see what's up. Side note, the owner is not Fat nor Angelo, but was super nice and you could see he loved the place and the quality of the food he was...
