Outpost Pizza Westport — Restaurant in Westport

In the Stamford, CT location, I ordered food for delivery Fried chicken wings with barbecue sauce on the side and an Italian Combo with light Italian dressing... The guy said to me he would just put the dressing on the side instead, and I agreed... Once the order finally arrived I opened the bags and not only did I Not have the fried chicken with sauce "On the side," he drenched the wings with the sauce and as far as the Italian Combo goes I got no Italian dressing At All... When I called to address the issue, they put me on hold for about 15 minutes and basically forgot about me until I hung up and had to call back... When I finally got someone, it was the same guy who took my order and argued me down, not taking accountability, then told me I never said I wanted anything on the side... He then told me since he was too busy I'd have to wait an additional 45 minutes for my food to be replaced, or come get it, but if I could've come to pick it up I wouldn't have placed it for delivery initially... Anyway once you pretty much call your devoted customers a liar, when they've made a lot of $$ from my family, I was pretty much over it all... Absolutely...

This place is absolutely awful. First I don’t know what this owner is talking about. There is never a wait literally never a wait or long lines. I’ve been in a couple times the staff is always sitting down watching TV. I ordered an eggplant Parmesan, which was burnt to the point I literally couldn’t give it to my dog. The staff is rude. The pizza was awful. Normally I don’t make these kind of reviews but with the two experiences I had and looking at the responses the owner has made. I will gladly go there every single day for a full week at 1 o’clock lunchtime and again around 6 o’clock dinner time and take a picture and post it to show you that there is never a wait let alone the hour long waits he claims there are. You can go at any time and I would say you have about a 95% chance if they’re not being even anyone in front of you at the register ordering. I agree with some of the other posters I think anyone who’s posting a five star review is probably related to the owner and there’s a reason why they’re 5 star or one star. RECKLESS DELIVERY DRIVER - 100mph in a 30mph almost hitting and killing my Fiancée and I passing illegally then tailgates another car to the point he's almost TOUCHING them. Passes them illegally too. Called the store owner and he DID NOT CARE WHATSOEVER. DISGUISTING DRIVER AND DISGUISTING OWNER. "WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO" Never supporting you people again. Pizza is like a 4/10 anyways. Wow.
