Kerri Rosenthal and her staff are absolutely wonderful! Her store in Westport is incredible, filled with one of kind items designed by Kerri. The Cashmere sweaters are so luxurious, all of her clothing is so much fun, just what the world is looking for right now. I have seen published interiors by Kerri and they are really so chic-I had a small room I needed help with and they were so helpful and on target with a terrific solution and so easy and fun to work with. Cute store but grossly over priced with quality and customer service issues. Would absolutely NOT recommend interior design projects with KR; major buyer beware. Shipping is extremely slow. I have ordered items from all over the world, including GUCCI and Valentino in Italy and Dior from France, never this tardy… especially when paying $73 for shipping and close to $100 in Duties and Taxes, I would expect better, speedy service.
