Had a craving for some Chinese tonight and decided on this place since it was close to where I live. Iām basing this review on dine-in and the buffet. Upon first encounter of the buffet, what remained seemed a little sparse and some choices were empty. I got myself a sampling of each of several chicken dishes and unless I missed it somewhere, I didnāt see where each dish was labeled as to what it was. Again, I may have missed it. I also partook in some of the shrimp and a bowl of egg drop soup. The food from the buffet was ok but nothing to write home about. Being a buffet the food was warm but not hot. As stated earlier, the food on bar was a little sparse so I may have been in between a fresh batch coming out. In hindsight, I probably should have ordered from the menu rather than doing the buffet. The inside was clean but appeared to be outdated and it felt like the air conditioning just didnāt have enough umph to keep the place cool. There was only one person working the floor but the place is small and they appeared to be pretty attentive to the customers. On this occasion it satisfied my craving for Chinese and the buffet was just ok, but I will probably stick to the Montgomery area for my Asian cuisine cravings...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreReceived no menus when entering, and no ticket to check out. No drink refills (of which we had water) and the cost for 2 buffets was over 30.00, we werent even asked what we had by the cel phone distracted cashier that probably charged us for the full boat and soft drinks. Literally 5 to 10 actual pieces (yes, individual pieces) of meat of each type on the buffet, which chewed like beef jerky they were so overcooked and had sat there for so long (I guess). The lights were pretty much off in the whole establishment so you would think we got there at closing time but it was 5:30 pm. Excruciatingly and shockingly disappointed and I guess since they are the only game in town now they can just do what they want. We will NEVER go back. The only reason any part of this review gets two stars is because the hostess that took 5 minutes to seat us in a room occupied by 2 other people actually smiled at us before disappearing never to return to refill our water. My advice? Get your wok out and find a recipe. Any recipe. I'm sure even a novice cook...
