Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Wheat Ridge

I went this dutch bros this morning. It was just a horrible experience. The girl that took my order was just fine. It's when I got to the window I had ordered 2 jingle nog chais iced light ice and no jingle sprinkles. I asked for cinnamon and sugar sprinkles instead. The girl that took the order read it back just right so there was no reason for it to be made wrong. She brought the two drinks she made to the window and they had the jingle sprinkles I told her they were to be made without and she huffed rolled her eyes and went and scooped the top off and then pushed the remaining sprinkles to the bottom of the cup. When she went to hand them to me again, I told her it was not acceptable cause I asked for none. I wanted them remade correctly, and she snatched it out of my hand, dumped them, and restarted When she was done making them she didn't fill the drinks all the way dumped all kind of sprinkles on to abs them shoved them at me in a try and said her and rolled here eyes again and walked away. When I order and pay for what I ask for, I expect to have my $18 drink made correctly and customer service to be kind, especially if they made the stuff wrong after it was put in correctly. She was a short Hispanic girl who was working at 8:30 am on weds, December 4th. I would like my money reimbursed seeing ass i had to throw the drinks even after for them being way too sweet due to how she just dumped the sugar and cinnamon...

Welp. I tried three times at this location. I moved towards this area not to long ago and when this place opened I was very excited. Unfortunately my first time here, the staff was just very short and clearly where annoyed about their datm I brushed it off thinking they had a bad day.. a month later I gave a try again. I was met with a male again with the same kind of attitude and this time was upset my app was not loading. I was the only customer there. Come an additional month later to this week. A total of three customers, one in front and one behind me. The female came with her tablet and stood there. I said good morning and not a word from her, I ordered my drink and she told me the price, I had my phone out and gave her my QR code to scan. She rolled her eyes with such annoyance and then walked to the next car.

I will not be coming back this location at all. This is clearly a trend, and who ever does the hiring in this location should be looked into.

Where do I start i can't say enough great things about this location it does no justice to the kind professional atmosphere these lady's present everyday I drive in for my coffee. Kayla is the coolest Dutch Bro's employee she knows my regular drink and makes it with Dutch love. Always has such a positive attitude for being so early in the morning. The other lady's there are amazing as well know my regular Always professional friendly if anyone has been to this location knows what a great experience it is to have a delicious Dutch Bro's coffee, made by these lady's and done with a smile everyday Y'ALL THE BEST!!!!!! so if you've never been to this location on 39th and Wadsworth you're missing out on knowing the most amazing professional friendly lady's and gentlemen THANK YOU for always making my morning Dutch...
