This review is solely based on my experience here today. After having been browsing for about 10 minutes I was approached by a supervisor and asked to surrender my backpack for storage behind the front counter for the duration of my shopping experience. After asking if this woman would be taking full responsibility for the items inside the backpack and after she wholeheartedly agreed to this I reluctantly gave her my backpack (aka my purse) and continued to browse. As I noticed all of the people who were toting their various sized bags, purses, totes... some of which were equivalent in size to my backpack I became more and more furious. Read more10/19 3:15pm, The short woman wearing blue today, heavy set, glasses, who was possibly a manager or supervisor needs to be replaced. Someone was interested in buying a halloween inflatable which she rudely said "it's not for sale!" because it had just been put up. Why are you barely decorating on the 18th for Halloween? And why was it not for sale? Very rude and snappy. The woman who does cash register with long dark hair, glasses, ponytail headband, gloves needs to learn better customer service. (A duplicate item which was broken was priced the same) Management was put out by being asked for help when she was otherwise just sitting on a stool conversing with the employee at checkout. Said she “would have to call the back” as a way of saying “No”. When I said yes please do she said “they are probably on break.” Issue not resolved. Hassled a customer right after me about the price of a pair of boots and all but accused him of switching tags. Left him at the register to “investigate” - gotta be sure Arc gets the most for donated items! Clean store and well organized but severely...
