Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Wheat Ridge

They were nice and the pizza was made right. For the pizza that you get at Little Caesars and the price I don't think that you can get it. I have gone to this location multiple times by myself and with other people. I get the quality of pizza that I expect and I would like to comment on the staff. The staff has always been great if I need a little something extra they go above and beyond to make sure everything's taken care of. I would like to come and mostly on how friendly they are and caring overwhelmed with work and pizza-making sometimes but they always make it a point to be courteous kind and professional. They are also caring andalert to any needs that the customers have. I have gone to this location with other people and they have always been treated excellent. I have made it a point to come back this location and people that I have ordered with from this location also make it a point to visit and order from this location because of how friendly and nice the staff and manager and overall experience is. If you want pizza and a want a good deal with professionalism and caring that you would expect from a professional establishment to go. If you have a big group I would also recommend that because it saves a bundle in regards to other places with quality you're not quite sure you're going to get in the friendliness and caring that may go checked I do not think you will have a bad experience with this place because it has been my experience that they have always been great. Holy cow! This has got to be one of the best locations. Their customer service, quality, and speed are out of this world! I came in on a busy Saturday night. Nobody was standing around. All of the employees were hard at work. I was greeted promptly by Joey who took my order shortly after he helped the customers in front of me. He did a fantastic job at expediting each customers order and making sure they were fully taken care of before moving on to the next. This man can multi task and still make sure he is giving you his full attention (he helped a lady full out an application, the phone rang, he put a pizza in the oven) all while being able to help me and not make me feel forgotten. I was impressed! He was even nice enough to give me a pizza with extra pep because that's what was ready and he didn't want me to have to wait. Mind you, this all happened in a matter of 5 minutes if even that long! I don't think I've been to a little Cesar's or even a drive thru restaurant with this speed of service! The food was hot and fresh and a great value! I also have to mention how clean this restaurant is! Much to my satisfaction all around! My daughter, who lives in Texas, was trying to do something nice and special for me and order delivery since today hadn't been the greatest day. Not only that, I'm unfortunately homeless but was blessed with a voucher for a couple days.... So this was supposed to be a nice warm meal for me for the first time in a while. It's 8:15pm. My order was supposed to have been delivered by 6:19pm as Little Caesars advertises they will deliver right to my front door. They actually contract with Door Dash. I'm which it seems as though, the driver picked up my food, that my daughter paid for, and then cancelled the order, deciding to keep it. Little Caesars accepted no responsibility, had no compassion, and basically could care less as I was told from the Supervisors mouth, "Ms. Maria", "they did their part in cooking the order and she has to let me go to tend to her customers and she will try to reach Door Dash.

No integrity, no accountability, nothing. I guess because I'm homeless, I'm not a customer? I mean hey, what's another day without eating, right? I am absolutely disgusted with this Little Caesars location. And I'm still hungry and still, they haven't refunded my...
