Gelaffle Cafe — Restaurant in Wheat Ridge

Took my boys out to get ice cream after school and the boys where excited to try a new spot. The ice cream was good over all but I was not happy with customer service. My kid who had has sensory and is very visual was touching the glass gently on the ice cream and was told not to touch it because the machine was old and he was going to break it. This just didn't sit right with me. I go out to many places with him and have never been told anything like this. Either was I probably won't...

So this place shares a dining hall with Pierogies Factory, so they will throw you off a little bit when entering.

That being said, they got a small selection of gelato type desserts that is at least worth trying once. My revisit to the aforementioned Pierogies Factory gave me an opportunity.

They're delicious, as gelato always is, but nothing to go out of your way for.

But if you're making a meal out of it with their sister store in the same room, amazing combo....
