11/8/23 Wednesday: Still quick, friendly service and still clean! And my favorite sandwich is still wonderful.

7/2/23: Still great sandwiches and still clean!!! Foot long sandwich is bigger than other places. Less meat? Dunno, but I could use less meat and the veggies I get to choose here. I patronize the locally owned places, too. Here they have two new half booths that are actually padded.

9/23/22: Still great. Still clean. I always order the foot long bmt sandwich. Sometimes I get two so I have a meal for later. The refrigerator does them no harm for a day or so. The extra sandwich does not last long (before I eat it).

8/4/22: Great sandwiches which taste better in a clean place which this is! I must have seen this lady make over 100 sandwiches in the last 70 minutes. This is a busy location and her help did not show. I heard her call it in about 60 minutes ago. No relief yet. But she is still friendly, efficient and cheerful. The UPS drivers know her by name. The line has stretched out the door twice but I haven't seen anyone leave. Michelle is a Great American.

The cleanliness and outside of the subway is very well taken care of and clean. The reason I am giving this 1 star is I ordered a tuna sandwich on flatbread and asked the employee to toast my flatbread with just the cheese on 05/05/2024. The employee told me that he was not allowed to toast the flatbread sandwich in their toasters. He was unable to tell me when this policy changed but advised me that it was a corporate policy, that he did not make the rules and that if he toasted my bread that his manager would crucify him. I have literally never heard of this and truly believe this policy does not exist. Why would you be able to toast all other sandwiches, breads and wraps but not able to toast ONLY the flatbread. Super frustrating to say the least and ended up going home, took all of my ingredients off and toasted my own flatbread. I won't be returning to this specific location if this is...

While my food is halfway decent my service here was deplorable and unacceptable. Veronica is rude , didn’t seem to have any patience for the customers. I visited on 4/4/24 at 12:10 pm I ordered 2 footlong outlaws and the lady helping was very loud and rude and raised her voice at me when saying she couldn’t offer me any more toppings on these other than what it was made with. I was wanting onion , jalapeño, and pickles .added to them after being toasted. Definitely not worth the price considering there is more bread than anything else. I also ordered a footlong meatball without any sort of toppings and not to mention the meatballs and sauce are cold.
