Wendy's — Restaurant in Wheat Ridge

I just drove by to buy some Daves Double and I specially asked that it only be with the cheese, tomato, lettuce and mayonnaise. When I got home I opened the bag to eat the hamburger and when I checked, it had ketchup. I don't like kepchut. It only cost $8.99 but one of the most annoying things is when you buy a hamburger and when you get home they don't give you what you ordered and what you paid for! I called to explain and ask for the money back and they told me no, that the only way was for me to drive there again and take the sandiwch to them. I went to Wendys precisely because I had little time. Obviously I didn't come back and I had to throw the sandwich in the trash and that's how I lost money and time and stayed hungry. We stopped by this Wendy's late on a Saturday evening and were genuinely impressed. The restaurant was spotless — easily one of the cleanest and most well-kept Wendy's locations we've seen anywhere in the country. You can tell that the manager, David, truly takes pride in his work, which is refreshing to see, especially on a weekend night shift.

The food was just as impressive. The lettuce was crisp and fresh (not the wilted kind you often expect at fast food spots), and the fries were hot and clearly just made. It’s rare to see this level of care and consistency in a fast food setting, but it’s clear that the entire team here takes pride in what they do.

Ignore any previous bad reviews about this location, they are just coming from entitled people who exaggerate and think the world revolves around them. Been to this Wendy's 30 times since it has opened, never once had a bad experience. Great customer service, I am almost always asked at the drive thru window how my day is going. They are efficient and it is obvious that they don't allow their employees to waste time. Never had a wait more than 7-8 minutes, and 90% of the time it's 2-5 minutes. Food tastes great. This is a Wendy's done right and don't let any of the other reviews fool you.
