First time trying this place. The staff member was very nice. I got the Passionfruit tea and it was just okay. The mango flavor was good but the chunks were too large to fit through the straw. I’m also not a fan of the Passionfruit seeds, it’s about 50/50 places I’ve tried, some have them, some don’t. I didn’t like the tapioca boba. It was too chewy and definitely not made in house/fresh. Overall not the best, not the worst.

Edit: while I appreciate the extra service level offered, I won’t be back. The tea wasn’t bad, sweetness level was fine, I just personally didn’t care for the type of chewy tapioca they supposedly make fresh. I also didn’t see anything else on the menu that I usually order at other places. The person I was with ordered the taro Oreo drink and enjoyed it. This place isn’t bad, just not my personal vibe, I prefer more...

I saw they had shaved ice on the menu so was excited to try it. It was 6.99 and it says you could pick two toppings. I picked strawberry flavor and picked strawberry and banana as toppings. I thought two toppings were included on the price but they charged me extra $0.50 for the toppings. I included pictures of what I got because it’s just ridiculous and hope others don’t order this. This shaved ice in to go box (maybe the size of a small hand) is all you get for $7.49 plus tax! It has maybe three scoops of shaved ice and not even filled all the way (not even half) but just barely at the bottom. If you want shaved ice, please read this review and order something else. Hope the owner could see this review and try ordering shaved ice from other bubble tea places to compare or lower the price if all you...

This family owned boba tea and treat shop exceeded my expectations! Coming from the city where we have extensive boba options, I have pretty high expectations since most suburb boba tea shops fall short. But you can tell there's a lot of love put into this menu, the drinks, and their customer experience. There were unique options - like the matcha tea with honey foam. We also got the mango smoothie with strawberry heart jelly and the espresso with brown sugar and oat milk -- all of the drinks were delicious! There was also a small claw machine our kids enjoyed. When one of my toddlers dropped one of the drinks, they cleaned it up without making us feel bad about it and made us a new drink even though we said she didn't have to. Their churros were cooked to perfection. I...
