Used to like this place, food is still ok, but service really SUCKS now, and the cooks don't follow instructions. (keep on reading)

They quoted me a price over the phone - total of $37 and change. When I got there, they surprised me with "PLUS TAX" - never mentioned PLUS TAX when they gave me the PRICE!!! They said in effect "tough, our mistake, price is still $42+". I should have walked out right then!

Among several items I got their Kung Pao Beef with No Peanuts and No Green Peppers.

I wanted extra White Onions instead of the Green Peppers. $3 extra for onions (no substitutions or price reductions for removed ingredients). OK, I agreed to pay $3 for extra white onions. Then, adding the tax on top of that made it another $5 on top of the extra $3.

Got food home - NO EXTRA WHITE ONIONS!!! But I did get 3x Water Chestnuts - yuk! Incompetent - receipt on the bag specifically listed Extra White Onions with the $3 charge!

Not only have their prices gone up to almost double from pre-Covid levels, but now they are routinely abusing their loyal customers. (This is not my first problem in 2024.) They don't care about you and your satisfaction, only for your $s.

I won't be back! I will go to other Chinese restaurants in the area for less cost - and better food - and real Customer Service!

Don't go here - most likely I think that you won't be happy with your experience...

Be careful about this place as you may be tricked too, it is not a good place to sit and dine. She just lost a customer and get this review.

I went for lunch special and had ordered 2 Singapore noodles and an orange chicken. I was looking at the lunch special side of the menu and pointed at the same while ordering. I was clear to get the lunch special because it lesser price. I drove 17 miles because I wanted these items. The server(also believe the owner lady) brought the food but not the items comes with the lunch special, I was hungry and didn't pay attention and ate. Water was not served until I was half way through the meal and I asked.

She then handed me the bill with full price of 3 items which is almost $20 more compare to lunch special, when I asked it should be price of the lunch special, she rudely argued that I didn't ask for the lunch special and she wouldn't know whether I wanted lunch special. Though I didn't mention it to be lunch special I was pointing at the lunch special menu and assumed it will be lunch special. She also didn't mention whether I wanted the lunch special, which in any other restaurant generally waiters would ask. She clearly wanted to trick me!!. When I went to pay the bill, she again argued that I should ask than saying she should have asked or at...

The customer service at this establishment is awful, but the food is decent. They messed up my order by giving me the wrong dish on my lunch order I called them when I got back home and saw the mistake. They wanted me to drive back and pick up the correct one. I told them that was not possible. The stated they wouldn't credit me but I would have a credit to order another lunch special. When I tried to get me credit they stated that since it was Sunday I could not get a lunch special. Seriously! You mess up an order. You refuse to credit. Then when the customer tries to collect you state it isn't the lunch special hours?

Follow Up even worse: So, I called back during a lunch time to redeem my free lunch special. They told me now that I am not entitled to the free lunch special because it isn't marked in their computer. Hmm... it was there when I called a week ago. Once again, customer service is awful.

I am done with this place. I think you can see from the more recent reviews, that their customer service has become a big problem recently. I should note that at least once a month we place an order for about 8 people for dinner that was always $160 or more. So, now they lost a loyal customer for refusing to allow a customer to collect when...
