Smokers Hut and Sneakers — Local services in Wheeling Township

Older guy - Wonderful place right across the street I go here often. Until Friday night, all experiences were awesome. Went the store which I do a few times a week as sometimes looking for a vape, and now more recently looking for a pre-roll due to great customer service most of the time. I just discovered the pre-rolls work very well here from a very cool employee, he’s working here a lot and he is super friendly and has ideal customer service. Did not get this at all Friday night and decided to comment on it. When I went in for a preroll, the short hair girl who I see their often and is kind of quiet but this time she spent 90% time, looking at her phone and not me. no one was in the store and she basically ignored me when I talk to her with short very low interest responses. I told her that I’ve had a pre-roll before and had a good experience, but I wanted her input, I was basically looking to chat and learn something. She then glanced at me away from her phone for a second. She said they’re all fire and waved her hand across the glass counter, like that’s all she wanted to discuss. I asked her a couple more questions being the customer trying to find a new pre-roll to try being the weekend, and she had no interest in engaging in a conversation. She said “ you just said you just had our pre rolls before” she basically acted annoyed with the question and looked back at her phone and not me. All other experiences have been fantastic here. All other workers greet me within enthusiasm and are extremely helpful and engaging to help me understand what I’m buying. I would’ve given this place 5 stars, with exception of this recent experience with someone not interested in any helpful customer service. I would’ve bought more but couldn’t wait to get out of there as my good mood walking in was now not good anymore so I left after I decided to buy the same preroll I knew I liked as she had zero interest in selling me anything, based on her complete lack of engagement with me. I will not buy from her again as I was ignored , I’ll just go somewhere else if...

Amazing!! Words can’t explain the feeling I felt when I arrived. As a frequent visitor of many dispensaries the experiences I’ve had, I felt like they jst wanted to sell the high grade stuff & I’ve always felt rushed, I couldn't even ask a question bc they didn’t know. Not here!! As soon as I walked in a Young lady (ALEX it think) greeted me with a big contagious smile instantly felt happy, she ANSWERED All my questions & when I say ALL I mean it. When I left this dispensary I left with so Much KNOWLEDGE & mind you I’m a pot head & the things she explained in detail I felt like a poser! 😅 I STRONGLY recommend you to experience it, maybe you could learn a thing or two!
