Mostly a bad experience from scheduling to the visit. Initially scheduled a Pamper Me Day with a 90 minute massage. They (Natalie or Nicole) scheduled for the wrong time, so we agreed to come in 1 week later. Debbie was nice and tried to reschedule us for 1:00, but then informed us we didn’t have enough time (we allotted 4 hours) to enjoy the pamper me and make it to our 6 PM dinner reservation and suggested we do the 90 minute massage only. We agreed, if we could all have our massages together, and she said we could. This is where it all went downhill. Having never been there before, she said we could have our massages together in the salt cave and we scheduled the appointment. A 90 minute massage on their website is $130 (fine), but what Debbie DIDN’T tell us was that there was an $80 charge PER PERSON to have the massage in the salt cave! There were 3 of us, so that was an additional $240! If it had been a good massage, we probably wouldn’t have minded but in total it was $210 each. The salt cave is really more like a salt room (12’ x 16’?) and it was too cold in there for a massage, massage tables were not, heated, and it was not relaxing at all. None of us noticed the advantage of being in a salt room. Know that they don’t provide robes or towels, so the three of us basically had to take turns undressing and getting in to the massage bed in the same room. The massages themselves were all three very different, but all mediocre especially for $210 . Afterwards, we nicknamed our masseuses. My daughter had the “Tapper” who half the time, tapping her with her hands, instead of massaging her. She asked at least two or three times for more pressure, and the only time she got it was when she was tapping her as opposed to massaging her. my husband had the “mover” who walked around the table the entire time because we could hear his feet walking around the table on the salt rocks constantly to the point where he almost fell once and one of the other masseuse had to catch him. I had the “I’ll do it my own way person” who was nice enough to ask me if there were areas to focus on in the beginning, and I asked her to focus on the top of my shoulders. A good amount of time into the massage. I thought maybe she thought I meant avoid my shoulders so I mentioned to her that I’d like her to work on my shoulders when she could, and she said “Later, I do it step-by-step so when I can, I’ll get there.” Needless to say, I didn’t get a lot of focus on my shoulders. So, maybe it was an off day so I slept on it and decided to call about the charges the next day. I talked to Gary the owner, who basically told me they charged us correctly and that if we had an hour massage in the salt cave it would’ve been a $130 but because we had 90 minutes (or 1- 1/2 times 1 hour), was $210, and I said half of $130 would be $65, so wouldn’t it be $195 even though we were never told about the salt cave charge? His response was that all these prices are published on their website. I admit that they are, but I didn’t think to check when Debbie mentioned that our massages would be in the salt cave. I didn’t know that they had a separate massage room aside from the salt cave. Nor did I know that they wouldn’t share that there would be any surcharges. All in all, what was supposed to be a fun birthday treat for my daughter and my husband turned into an extremely disappointing visit and continued to be disappointing after the follow up phone call. I would’ve expected more from the owner. Try to make it right on the chance that we might come back but instead he insured that I will now NEVER come back and instead post this review. Last, but not least, the three of us all have massages at least once a month. We were excited and hoping that this would be one of our “go to” places, but I would suggest this as a place to AVOID. THERE ARE SO MANY BETTER PLACES YOU CAN GO TO FOR A 90 MINUTE MASSAGE FOR $210 OR LESS. For us, it was A...
Read moreI went for a couples massage. My shoulders were bothering me so I asked the masseuse to focus on my shoulders. She started giving me the massage and was just placing her hands on me with no pressure. About 3/4 of the way through the massage, that was more like her leaning on me for large periods of time, I reminded her that she had not really been working on my shoulders. Then she said she wasn’t feeling well and almost collapsed. The other masseuse was a man and he began to help her. Obviously I was freaked out naked under a towel not sure what to do-jump up and help? So I just sat there and asked if I needed to help. Finally the male masseuse was able to get her feeling better and they left the room. When I went to leave the owner said “I heard you had a little incident” with a smile and tried to make us pay for one of the two massages- Like that happening didn’t ruin it for my girlfriend too. I’m sensitive to the fact that the masseuse wasn’t feeling well but as the owner of a business, which I am as well, he didn’t seem to understand as the owner things can sometimes not be your fault but still be your responsibility. He should not even have thought to charge us any money and telling me he heard I had a little incident with a smile on his face when I came out of the room was beyond insensitive and ignores the experience I had as a customer. How do I know what illness the masseuse had? This was not a little incident to me. I am traveling for the holiday in a few days and now I’m worried I’m going to get whatever illness she has. I don’t want to sound insensitive to the person giving the massage- I hope she is OK. But if you’re not able to do the massage and more importantly expose someone to a health risk during what is supposed to be a holistic experience you have not made a wise choice. I am so disappointed in the owner’s initial reaction. Only when I started pointing things out and complaining did he stop and think about my experience with...

About a month ago, I had the absolute pleasure of visiting Harmony Salt Cave for the first time. Having just relocated from Chicago, I was on the hunt for a divine salt cave experience to help me melt away and relax. My mom raved about this place, so I had to check it out.
From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by Debbie, one of the kindest souls ever. She’s so friendly and knowledgeable, I couldn’t help but give her the biggest hug when I left.
Whether you’re a salt cave newbie or a seasoned pro, THIS PLACE IS THE BEST! I can’t say enough good things about their services. Debbie explained everything to me and personally walked me to my salt cave.
The cleanliness was impeccable—you can tell they take their time sanitizing between sessions. The room was absolutely sparkling, and the ambiance was so mellow and peaceful. I completely melted away in the salt.
Next up, I tried the infrared sauna—ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! Debbie set everything up perfectly, and once again, everything was spotless. I could have stayed in there all day. Highly recommend!
Finally, I had a full body massage with Olga, and let me tell you, Olga is everything I’ve been missing in my life! I get a bit nervous and goofy with massages, but she was amazing. She worked out knots in my back and legs that have been there forever—these are the hands of a massage magician.
At the end, Olga walked me to the front where I chatted with her and Debbie. They made my experience the absolute best, and I can’t wait to go back again.
Plus, they have the cutest little gift shop up front with special gems, crystals, and other fun goodies!
Harmony Salt Cave exudes positive energy and has the best ladies around. Thank you, Debbie and Olga, for the very...
