We were waiting for this one to open since they closed and moved from the old location.
Well they changed the set up to a more restaurant style. We have been going to the old one since they opened. Even after we moved further away.
This one is a one and done, sad to say.
The drink selection is different. We used to get the fountain ice tea selections and that is gone.
They changed something with the chicken so my wife did not like the Mole chicken she has been getting for years. I ordered basic steak Tacos on flour with lettuce, cheese, cilantro, and onion and they wrote it down varied it, and it still came back wrong. Seems the chef has a hard time reading what the servers are writing. Their fix was to cut huge pieces of onion put it on and send it back to me cold. The steak used to have bigger portions and was trimmed better. Now, nope! fatty vain pieces had to be taken out and put in a napkin discreetly if you know what I mean.
We order a guacamole and chips, did not get chips Had to ask for that and wait. First time I have ever seen Guacamole turn Black so fast! My wife said it seemed to taste like they may have “spread it out” with plantains a little like some places will do to save on cost. I think they just added in too much “pico” like stuff into it. We were ignored for most of the time throughout dining. Table behind us was completely forgotten about.
At the end, it took about 15 min just to get our check after they cleared the Table

Read moreThis place is unbelievable. They advertise Curbside Pickup with a big sign in the window and on their website. Their site accepted an online order for Curbside pickup, took my money, and sent a confirmation text. When I got there, I did as instructed and called - the phone went to VM. It took 14 attempts to get someone to pickup the phone. They said my order wasn’t ready but they’d bring it out when it was. 20 min later, it took another 13 attempts to get someone on the phone. And the SAME PERSON acted like he couldn’t imagine what I was talking about. Tried saying he didn’t have any order. When I finally lost patience and yelled that they had already charged me, sent confirmation and I talked to him 20 min ago and he said he did have it, he finally managed to find it and came right out with it. Said they don’t have enough help. I said that doesn’t really excuse advertising curbside, accepting the order, and then not answering the phone and was told they don’t answer when they’re busy. So again, I said, but then u can’t have curbside!!! It was pointless to try and argue, so I just took my order and left. And got home with food that clearly was ready on time and had sat there for 20-30 min because it was soggy, cold, and basically ruined. I tried to call the next day when it was off peak hours to speak with someone in charge and again, no one answers. Terrible...
Read moreJavier was so rude He told me he wouldn't make what i ordered for me, argued because we thought guacamole, beans, and cheese was on the side not in the enchiladas and that i had to take the bean enchilada when i wanted meat. Then whoever was working with him said they have no alpastor, yet supposedly I got 1 al pastor taco in my order. I felt uncomfortable and like my business was not appreciated. Was not worth the $45 I spent, that was so uncomfortable.
Update: The food tastes bad. In the photo of my taco you can even see the steak took up not even 1/4th of the tortilla. The salsa tastes amazing. Would not reccomend.
Update: The Manger or owners comment was suprising... Javier did explain that I clicked 6 options instead of 2 and I said I was sorry I wanted them as meat I thought the other options were sides. To which he still said well we are giving you 1 chicken 1 bean one. I said I would prefer they get made as meat I don't really want to bean one and he continued to argue saying no it was already made. As a business owner/manager I would suggest not making the customer the problem when a situation is brought to light but rather try reaching out to them and find out more information. I didn't need the refund or even ask for it, just wanted people to be aware of what they're getting into service wise at this location. Wish whoever goes here has better...
