I would not go here again. Customer service and quality lacks in this location. The employees and manager do not value their job or the quality of work they do as well as the service they provide for the customers. And it definitely shows in the quality of food they serve. I've experienced on my own on multiple times that'd both employees as well as the managers are rude and are not willing to help or solve the complaints the customers had. For example, we were at the drive thru ordering a pop deal from the app plus 2 breakfast sandwiches . The McDonald lady in window #1 taking the orders made a mistake and forgot to add the 2 breakfast sandwich on the computer but she repeated the order back to us. We paid for the order not knowing the 2 other breakfast sandwiches wasn't put in and we were rushed to go to window 2.
The employee who happened to be the on site manager( I assume she was helping the employees during breakfast) was at window 2. An employee handed us our order but it was missing 2 sandwiches. My husband told the manager on site that our order was incomplete and that the employee in window 1 made a mistake of not adding 2 breakfast sandwiches. The manager asked for the receipt that was handed to us then she tells us that our receipt only shows a pop a deal from the McDonalds app. After my husband had told the manager of what had happened and that since we're at window 2 if she could just place the order and we will pay for it. This is where the lack of customer service went down. The manager refused to place the 2 sandwiches and kept telling us we need to pay. My husband told her the 2nd and 3rd time that we are going to pay for the sandwiches. But after a long argument and bad communication from the manager and the frustration we've received we ended up just leaving. FYI, the egg in the sandwich we received was rubbery and cold and the sandwich was oily.

I was there today, 12/31/19 at 10:45 AM. Everything was fine until I paid and then pulled up to the second window. When I arrived at the next window I was greeted by a lady who asked me if I had an order (I was confused and thinking "no, I came to say hi"). I said "yes, I placed an order" and she stormed off right away and seemed frustrated with ME! I am beyond confused at this point and she comes back and hands me three items and before I can give her the receipt she storms off again assuming my order is complete. Instead of pulling off I stayed at the window and waited for her to come back. I told her the order was wrong and that she handed me three items and I ordered five. I gave her the receipt this time and she asked me if it was an online order... I said "no, there is the receipt - I literally just went to your drive-thru and ordered.". Eventually, she hands me my items and walked way without saying anything. No "thank you", no "sorry for the confusion", nothing. This lady, the employee, should have to face some kind of consequence,
I am a reasonable person and never give places a hard time even when my order is wrong, or even if I can sense someone is having a bad day. I get it, but to receive an experience like this - one that felt like Ashton Kutcher was going to pop out and yell "you've been punked" - is simply unacceptable. Obviously, there was some kind of confusion, but to get frustrated with me for doing absolutely nothing wrong, and then not apologize for the way you treated a customer is definitely near the top of horrible experiences for me when it comes to customer...

She is rude!!! This is the 3rd time I have had unpleasant dealings with her. This was around 6:30 am 10/5 and 10/3 6:30 am and last week. She is plain out rude! She argued with me and I don’t have time to deal with unprofessionalism like that. Yesterday she told me to give my rewards code at order board. Today she said “didn’t I tell you to give code at order board?” And was extremely rude. I told her if she wants people giving the rewards code, then she should ask at the order board. Last week. She took my code at the pay window and left me Sitting there while she played on her phone. I am tired of ignorant people especially ignorant managers treating customers rudely. It is not acceptable!
The manager (oriental) today dropped something on the floor and then stuck it in my bag. Yesterday the same oriental manager gave me a Carmel iced coffee instead of a Carmel iced macchiato. The label was correct and the manager should have known better.
It will be a very long time in return to this McDonalds! Very disturbing. Owners should get competent management...
