Be careful with this McDonalds! They will charge you correctly for items, not give you your full order, and then try to recharge you for it! I asked for an extra item with my meal that normally comes to $11.55 any other day. With the extra hash brown it came to $12.85. It was rung up correctly but the employees refused to give me my extra hash brown without recharging me another $2.79 which I already paid for and it was on the receipt! I said no and left not wanting to start an argument because both the guy and woman were clearly annoyed. I did the math to make sure that I was right and called the store and spoke to the manager who clearly wanted to hurry me off the phone and said to come back. She didn’t want to even listen to my point to her about her employees clearly not understanding their job. I got the store manager name and store number and will be contacting the owners. McDonald’s, located at Hwy 61 and 10th street ▫️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ▫️ Employees at this location go above and beyond when it comes to customer service! Due to the recent construction at this location, the lobby was closed. My friend and I were traveling without a car and wanted to purchase a delicious McDonald’s™️ McChicken. We decided to make our way through the drive thru but were discouraged when nobody greeted us at the drive thru menu! We proceeded to the second window where we were greeted by a very kind young lady who quickly took our order! She had us wait near the lobby door and delivered us our food in a timely fashion. We could tell that our food had come fresh off the grill. We were able to enjoy our tasty McDonald’s™️ McChickens from the parking lot and watch a lovely sunset in beautiful Downtown...

My sister and I came here today to grab some lunch. As we were ordering, we told the employee at the drive thru that we wanted two caramel macchiatos. We told him we needed a moment to decide at least four times. He said “anything else” at least four times. After we finally ordered our food, which we had to repeat several times, we got to the drive thru window to pay and realized that he only had one caramel macchiato on the order. We fixed that, payed, and moved on to the next window. The guy at the next window was on his phone, said nothing to us, and handed us a bag with a giant hole in the bottom after giving us our macchiatos.
