Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in White Bear Lake

There were computer problems for me to order online so I stopped in. Two hard working gals were very professional. By the time I finished paying my pizza was ready! 😯🥹😃🤩😻 6-29-25; additionally Papa Murphy's push notifications for BOGO are a bait and switch. Those are the things that pop up on your phone. The web ordering feature is very very confusing. It appears to be meant that way because when I entered BOGO in the apply coupon for a second time!, it would not take it!!! I refused the second time to place my order after they wanted ALL MY INFORMATION TO ORDER from me, of course including my credit card number that I had saved in their system, because they did not give me buy one get one free!!!!!!! I went down to the location iron county e and they accommodated me. I'm very annoyed and disgusted with the online ordering system. I would love to meet with the person who designs the program of this system, and I'm very very sure it's somebody who has not been around the block one time, and lovingly work hand in hand with them to explain the simplicity of KISS! Keep It Simple Silly! The store was very accommodating even though I had to sit and WAIT! It seemed like the old bait and switch program. So I went to the Papa Murphy at the White Bear Hills Shopping Center to order mytake&bake pizzas. There was a stack of coupons sitting on the counter. The young gal behind the register charged me $24 for my pizza order. I paid the bill then saw the large stack of coupons on the counter and saw that there was a coupon for $10 for a pizza she charged me $14 for... I showed her the coupon from the stack on the counter and said "hey you charged me $14 when the coupon is for $10......."ohhh she said you have to GIVE me that when you order". I said really almost in disbelief, and then I commented "you guys NEVER take the coupon when I come in here you just hand it back to me?"

She said well you have to SHOW me the coupon when you order (I guess staring at the stack of coupons from behind the register doesn't count.......I was miffed. Then when I walked over to pick up the pizzas the guy behind the counter sarcastically said "THANKS" with an attitude like he was getting in my face. I guess the serving of sarcasm from the kid was complimentary I won't...

I do not recommend this location in White Bear, near Mahtomedi- they do not support their local coupons and are extremely unprofessional. I presented a Boy Scouts coupon card which lists this location as a supporter, good for 20% off $25 or more , expiring 6/30/25. I ordered $29.00 worth of pizza and I presented the coupon to the cashier and she said she could not accept it because it had the old logo on it. It was not a corporate coupon, it was a card to support boy scouts. I smiled at her and tried to explain how there must be a misunderstanding since it is a local card that the establishment must have agreed to... At that point 2 other employees came behind her and started telling me that she could not accept the coupon due to the old logo, and raising their voices. I took my pizza and left and I will not be back. I don't need to pay a business to have employees treat me that way. Choose a different Papa...
