One of the best fast casual customer service experiences I’ve had. I ordered a few Sandwiches for Delivery from Door Dash and quickly after submitting, I got a call from one of their reps who very apologetically said they only have enough sliced wheat bread for 2 sandwiches and asked what kind of bread we would like for the other. She was very professional, kind, and sincere.

I was very impressed that she even had the thought to call and took the time to call. I left the call thinking wow, that was above and beyond.

Then when the sandwich was delivered I had a personal text saying she also left a cookie for the inconvenience. Then when I opened the bag there was also a note apologizing again!

The food was typical, the place is filthy. Tables were not clean, despite several employees sitting around inside eating their lunches with their significant others or each other, and two employees behind the counter. We wiped our own table down with napkins. The worst part came when I went to the bathroom before leaving. The toilet was filthy and crusted with bits of feces, bile and other substances I dare not identify. The sink covered in grime. See the pictures… I won’t even describe the floor. Disgusting. I recently came into this location to place an order. It was on a day the power was out. While placing my order the sandwich maker was finishing up his meal at a table nearby. He then assisted the cashier with totaling up my order then put on a pair of gloves. The problem with that is HE NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS. I watched this man pick food out of his teeth and a few other unsanitary things before handling the golves. I was soo grossed out by this I quickly canceled my order and walked out.
