Husband ordered the "LARGE" roast beef sandwich meal. The employees never verified if he meant the half pound sandwich or if he just wanted a "classic" sandwich w/ all large sides. I called the restaurant to say that he got a tiny sandwich when he was expecting a huge 1. Spoke w/ a manager, who, during the call, was very attentive and pleasant. He said come back in & he'd make it right. The crinkle fries were NOT a large and they were over cooked and so brown and hard he couldn't eat them! I had just ordered a beef n cheddar sandwich. WELL!!! We went back and were made to feel like we were just trying to get free food. On our 2nd trip in, I didn't want a beef n cheddar sandwich; all I wanted was a 2-piece potato cake order & small soft drink. The manager, who was so nice over the phone acted like I was making stuff up, & then tried to charge us almost $20 EVEN THOUGH I explained many many times that we no longer wanted the beef n cheddar. I feel like they A.) Should've comped our entire meal, rather than place blame on my husband for not specifically expressing HALF POUND. When you say you want "THE LARGE ROAST BEEF MEAL" are the employees that thick-headed that they don't know that CUSTOMERS might not have exact verbiage and maybe they should double check or B.) at the very least only charged us the difference between what was charged and what was actually wanted/ordered. And by not getting the other sandwich, I feel like that should've been enough to cover the difference. My husband and I are former restaurant owners and we NEVER gave customers a hard time with comping items or giving them credit towards a future order. It will be a VERY LONG time before we EVER go there again. Other employees were coming out from the back to stare & 1 employee who was taking care of trash in dining room actually stopped what he was doing so he could turn completely...

Stopped in for Dinner on 4/16 about 6:35 pm, ordered 3 meals and 2 orders of cheese sticks for dine in, the food was bagged, not a big deal but when we sat down to eat noticed that one order of cheese sticks was missing, not really an issue so I mentioned it to one of the employee's and she questioned me and said no I gave it to you. Seriously! Come look at my table if you like I asked. She shrugged and grabbed the order and handed it to me. As I sat down I can hear her saying to all the staff that she gave it to us and I think a manager stated i know you did. Never in the approx 5 years have I been coming here have we experienced this attitude. Also this is the first time in 5 years that there was no music playing. It can take years to gain a new customer, seconds...

The line did not move for 15 minutes and when I got to the speaker an automated voice said they had decided to close. I went to the window there were people inside just looking at the cats. I called, but no one would pick up. I went on the internet and it indicated that they were open.
If the hours are not what is said at the door or on the internet, they should be changed. If people are in the store they should answer the phone. If they decide to close early, people should not just be allowed to waste time sitting in line.
Sorry, but this is no way to treat customers. If you want to do so, just close the store and don't waste...
