Twas good food n the peeps were friendly! I generally get really great service here.
Second edit: dec 2024 Have gone back since I think the problem manager is gone. However, there's been garbage at the drive thru for at least 5 days now. If they don't clean the outside, even after a customer (me) brought the mess to their attention, I don't wanna think about the inside.
Edit: I need to ammend my 5 star review down to 2. The staff is still incredibly friendly and lovely and the food is great

There is a male manager who is absolutely abysmal on drive thru. The first time was a few weeks ago where he mixed my order up with someone else. After complaining to me about a lady yelling at him for giving her the wrong change. When I went to the second window, it seemed he had been messing up the lunch rush as the workers were not surprised that my order was wrong. They were lovely as they corrected it and I got back the money I overpaid. I made a mental note about him and carried on.
Today, May 3 during the 530 dinner rush, I went into drive thru for my usual. I like to have 2 bbq sauces and when I requested it I heard an audible sigh through the speaker. He then told me my total, $6.x3. I can't recall if it was $6.53 or whatever but I distinctly recall the .03. Because when I came up to the window, I handed him $20.03 and asked for as many ones as he could give. He, to his credit, was also taking the next person's order. However, there's no excuse for the poor customer service I got him him again.
He handed me my change and I asked for a receipt because I wanted to make sure everything was correct. He asked what my order was, I repeated, and he hastily handed me the receipt then shut the window. This irked me as I looked at the receipt. It was definitely NOT mine. And the change was wrong.
Came to the second window and I see the drink is the wrong size. I hate asking for a manager and told the lovely lady at the window I was going to head inside because I didn't get the right receipt and I suspected that he short changed me. I didn't want to hold up the drive thru.
I came inside and imagine my surprise upon finding out that this mess-up is the manager!
The next fifteen minutes were spent repeating my order several times as he tried to figure out where he went wrong. It took a stressed but competent female manager to finally figure it out. I got my correct total, which was apparently $7, my correct change, and an apology. From her, not him.
I returned to my car where my frosty was melted, food colder, and... no sauces. The whole ordeal was incredibly infuriating. I love Wendy's, it's my favorite fast food. But if that manager is on drive thru then I'm not going. I'll be sure to tell my friends not to go to this location PURELY because of his incompetence and inability to accept responsibility.

   Read moreLike always they got the order wrong and put mayo and ketchup on my picky sons burger and at 8 bucks a burger I went back through their EXTREMELY SLOW DRIVE THROUGH and when I showed the girl the mistake in a nice pleasant ton she stood starring at me with the correct burger in a new bag and After a few seconds I realized that was her nasty silent way of asking for the wrong burger back so I asked AGAIN VERY NICELY if se was waiting for the wrongly made burger and she nastily said umm yea... we need the extra food back. I said what can you possibly want it back for after I open and touched it and since U want to have such a nasty attitude as nice as I've been, how about me having to sit through that long slow line again for their error.
I clearly showed in a nice way without any extra complaints the incorrect burger so why did she feel the need to be so nasty to me. It also made me wonder with her being so attainment holding my correct burger up away from my reach until I wrapped up and handed her the wrong one, if they do take back food if it's a popular item to give to a customer ordering the same item shortly after my order. I wish I would of asked for her name but she turned away the second she got the burger back saying thank you good bye instead of SORRY FOR.THW MISTAKE AND LONG WAIT HAVE A GREAT NIGHT.    Read moreThis is the only review I have ever wrote that I keep coming back to with updates because of how bad this place is hoping say things have changed. I unfortunately can not say that. It continues to be the worst fast food place I have ever visted. Just tried to get a double stack hamburger said no cheese. Guess what it came with? That's right cheese. Service is soooo bad at this Wendy's. They don't seem to care at all if your order is correct or give you everything you ordered. When it's right it's good as any other Wendy's. Had 2 stars because nothing has changed now I need to change to 1 star. I posted this one year ago and still nothing has changed. What makes things worse is that you can't go inside to have a mistake corrected.
