This is the worst franchise location in Fortworth been to multiple locations never experienced the service I did at this location, About a week ago my family & I decided to stop by for a late night snack after a great night out, Pulled up to the drive thru & the employee off rip was aggravated an being very rude & impatient despite me being very polite & understanding, Ofcourse my mom being a older person already had a problem with the way she was taking our order cause it’s unprofessional an poor customer service to rush customers order because your probably tired or simply just don’t wanna be at work, We proceed to pullup to the window to retrieve our meal, As we collected the money for our order the employee consisted with the same worn out energ,y, As she handed us our food she yanwed over the open bag which was disgusting & unprofessional, An that’s when my mom asked her “What’s wrong hunny” “Are you tired, or just don’t wanna be here” “You just yawned over our food, That’s nasty” An the employee said “Well what do you want some more food?” In a very rude tone an very rude body language, Which my mom proceeds to ask to just speak to the manager, As we are speaking to the manager the employee is right behind her manager continuing to be very rude an speak when no one is speaking to her provoking my girlfriend in the car to get upset because she is speaking very vulgar an disrespectful when we were tryin to express our problem with the manager on duty that night, So my girlfriend gets to a boiling point an so does the employee they both ask eachother “What do you want to do?” My girlfriend hops out the car & at this point we all are angry because all we came for was FOOD not to argue nor fight, The employee is profusely yelling “I got some for you!” “You got the right one today” as I watch her go to the back where the HOT Grease was I alarm my girlfriend that she is going for HOT Grease, The employee grabs a pan an collects grease an comes outside where our car is an throws the hot grease at my girlfriend An our vehicle luckily the grease only hit the car an a very small amount splashed on my hand, Mind you before she threw the grease no one touched her first only words was exchanged but she definitely got what she deserved for throwing grease on customers who had posed no threat to her AT ALL, I’m disappointed in this franchise an the manner they handled this situation cause it has been very unprofessional as well, Instead of the main manager knowing right from wrong an going out her way to make sure these things don’t happen again an that the customer is taking care of, Hack in the box need to hire people who actually care about they job an there position as a manager with these kind of people running the company it will definitely run a company into the ground, hopefully this situation an other ones like it will change something’s as far as who an...
Read moreMy husband and I were driving home from a concert (Lynard Skynyrd) when I spotted this Jack in the Box and told him to pull in. I LOVE, and I mean LOVE, Jack in the Box's food, and we don't have one in our city. I was expecting a treat but was unpleasantly surprised with the customer service at this establishment. I'll get back to that, but I'm going to speak on the food, the packaging of said food, and the appearance of the establishment first.
The food was well-made, warm, and properly packaged. It was not haphazardly put into the to-go bag, nor was the order incorrect as it appeared on the receipt. However, I asked for a Breakfast Jack with no egg or cheese (I have severe allergies) and got a sausage Breakfast Jack with no egg or cheese. I would have taken it back for correction, but I didn't want to deal with the staff again.
The establishment was clean on the outside. There was no litter, and the driveway appeared recently swept. The menu was not chipped, and the speaker was in good working order. Lastly, the final push picture at the drive-through window, which showcases some items that corporate wants you to add to your order, was interesting, uncracked, and current.
Now, back to discussing the customer service. We will start with pulling up to the speaker. We asked for 2 Breakfast Jacks with no eggs or cheese and two sausage croissanwhiches without eggs or cheese. We then asked for 2 Diet Cokes. Our order was repeated as two sausage Breakfast Jacks with no eggs or cheese, two sausage croissanwhiches with no eggs or cheese, water, and a Diet Coke. We corrected them, and all seemed ok, so we headed to the drive-through window. When we got to the window, there was a picture plastered to it which had a molten chocolate cake depicted on it. I told my hubby to add 2 to the order. Then, the girl who took our order opened the window. After we asked how she was, but before she could tell us our total, my husband told her we would like to add something to our order. At that moment, the girl took a big step back, put her hands on her hips, and with a snarl, she said, "What!?!" like we had offended her warrior ancestors or something. We were taken aback but told her to please add the cakes. Then, to top it off, we didn't get what we wanted regarding the Breakfast Jacks.
I love Jack in the Box, and I will continue to visit them. I, however, will not be coming to this one ever again. The food might have been good, but the staff...
Read moreI feel something needs to be said about the last employee(s) working the latest shift at restaurants, especially if a pop rush comes along like right after a high school football game ends, and everyone has to grab some tacos for the trip home - win or lose. Flash Mobs can definitely derail one’s closing duties especially the cleaning procedures, and 2. When has a last minute rush ever been easy? With everything put away, stored FIFO, properly dated and labeled. Then “BOOM!!” Here we come again to throw a wrench in the machine! Now if you’ve ever seen a skeletal crew or just one last person running the kitchen while the others are cleaning or whatnot, so totally organized in their cooking skills they look as though they’re conducting a delicious symphony of burgers, fries and those previously mentioned tacos, and STILL have the grace to smile and maintain a “customer first” service attitude all while exhibiting a generally pleasant overall demeanor at the latest of hours is quite the rarity these days. But I’ve certainly found the perfect candidate for any such award through recognition that may exist. Her name is Krystal, with a K, and she has enough good vibes to change anyone’s hard days night upon making her acquaintance at this particular drive-thru window. Such an awesome person, she makes you feel glad you came in to her domain, which incidentally is a domain of lightning fast multitasking and a lot of fun to watch. If anyone needs a raise or promotion it’s this phenomenal young lady taking this kitchen by the horns!...
