Subject: An Unfortunate Experience at a Truly Wonderful Donut & Boba Shop

I wanted to take a moment to share my recent experience at your delightful donut and boba shop. Your establishment offers a fantastic array of donuts, perfectly soft, rich, and flavorful, with a wonderful variety to choose from. I also had the chance to try your boba, which was equally superb - it was sweet, refreshing, and the tapioca pearls were cooked to perfection. I can easily say that your shop's menu items are among the best I have had in the area.

However, I am writing this review not only to commend the quality of your food and drinks, but also to bring to your attention an issue that deeply marred my visit. Despite the incredible food and drink, the customer service I received was, unfortunately, far from satisfactory. There was a particular employee (I did not catch their name, but they were working the evening shift) whose demeanor was markedly unprofessional. I found them to be dismissive and lacking the warm, friendly attitude I have come to associate with your shop.

While I understand that everyone has their off days, I believe that as a member of your staff, maintaining a respectful and polite attitude towards customers should be a priority. This unpleasant interaction I experienced left a negative impression, in stark contrast to the quality of your products.

I want to emphasize that I am not writing this review with any ill intent but in the hope that constructive criticism can bring about improvement. Your donut and boba shop is genuinely wonderful and I believe with better customer service, it can provide an even more enjoyable experience for all patrons.

First time going there today and I took my six year old for her birthday breakfast. I know the ladies were busy but they were kind while she picked out 12 different donuts! We also grabbed a couple of breakfast croissants because they looked so yummy! I would say for the wide assortment of donuts we got plus the sandwiches the price was reasonable for sure! Took our yummy loot home and dove in... The croissant sandwiches were huge but tasted amazing! The donuts were even better! We got donuts with cereal on top, blueberry cake, old fashioned, and one glazed... I think we ended up with one of most of what was in the front case! We've been snacking on them all day and every single one has been awesome!!! What a great way to start my daughter's birthday fun day!!! Gotta love...

A month ago, my wife, a grandson, and I were going home from Grapevine, and I missed my exit . Instead of going west on I-30 , we were going east. So I took the next exit on Las Vegas Trail and turned under I-30, where We discovered Love Donuts. I had an apple-fritter, my wife had a raspberry filled donut, and my grandson had a glazed donut. Well, we got up on the interstate headed home, but with that first bite, it was heaven. I wish we had gotten more, oh well. This weekend, we were headed home from Irving, and guess what? Yep, I missed my exit and found fried heaven. More delightful treats for the road home.
