I went to get a new phone and case and screen protector as my old phone broke (the k20) I said I wanted another k20 and they said it was discontinued and i got a different phone in which I had to get a different screen protector and case and the day after I bought the case I went to take it off the charger and a price of it fell off and after that thr next day I picked my phone up to do something on it and the screen protector fell off instantly so I went back to this metro pcs and the owner was there so we spoke to him and he said " he broke the case on purpose and the took the screen protector off and laid it down which made it loose stickyness "which did not happen and refused to give us money back or exchange it and said we had to buy a new one, so I went to the metro on hulen and they said there shouldve been a warranty and that the k20 was not discontinued, I will never buy from...

The lady and guy completely scammed me just to get a sale which they was getting anyways. I told them I wanted a great gaming phone and one with a good battery. I also told them I knew the TCL XL 50 was a great phone but didn't sell me that one. Instead they sold me this moto g power. It's a terrible phone. The battery don't last for nothing and the charging is super slow. Yes I have a great block and using the cable that came with the phone, plus playing any game on this phone makes it lag so bad you can't even play it. Call of duty, diablo or any game. Also they can adjust the price to what we they want so DO NOT tell them how much money you have. I would NOT recommend this...
