I simply called to ask a question already when the lady picked up she had an attitude but I ignored it and continued to ask my question . All I asked was for an estimate on an item I forgot to say that it was an electronic and I got an attitude . After figuring it out I got an attitude because she couldn’t tell me over the phone because she had to see the product . Which I understood that’s how these things work . But all I asked for was an estimate or as to how much would they normally give . I got my answer but still attitude then my husband jumps in trying to explain something to her and she gives him attitude so he gives her attitude back . Yes he was wrong for giving her attitude. But we just asked a few questions . I’ve called other pawn shops and they would try to give an estimate and of course say bring it to get it checked and to let us know for sure . Heard many good things about this place . So wanted to give them a try . Definitely was shocked and disappointed . I hope she has a better day . But definitely ruined my experience with...

Came in to pawn a guitar this morning to help get me by until payday. Tana was extremely friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. They gave me a fair price for my guitar, and they give PLENTY of time to come back and get your items. She answered all of my questions and truly went above and beyond.
