McDonald's — Restaurant in White Township

I went to pick up (ORDERS) today that were paid for through the McDonalds app. Now I get the spill about they don't make the stuff until you show up in the parking lot! But today I was 2 mins late for breakfast! As in it was 1032AM when I was eventually waited on! Technically I was there on time. BUT the shady thing is McDonalds will take your money out of your bank act! REGUARDLESS of what time it is! REGUARDLESS rather its breakfast menu or lunch menu! This mourning they take %100 of the money for all the orders. Then tell me I still have to reach the counter for pick up by 1030AM not 1031AM. keep in mind I arrived at this McDonalds at 1016AM!!! Its not my fault that the lady's working the counter, one being a dressed in BLUE MANAGER is busy telling her employee about the weekend she hide while the clock is ticking! I'm denied the food I already paid for!!! They lady gets really smart and rude with me! Because I'm like look I was here on time but you took a good 14 minutes talking about your fun weekend. Then proceeds to tell me I WILL HAVE TO WAIT 7 TO 14 BUISNESS DAYS TO GET A REFUND ON MY BANK ACT!!! Apparently this in normal business practice for this branch! My bank act will be negative 6 peoples breakfast combos for 7 to 14 business days now!!! My question is... WHY take the money if your not going to deliver the goods? This is the McDonalds by Walmart in Indiana PA. They then tell me (J) the owner is at the McDonalds by Martins in Indiana PA. I go there and of course he's not there! They tell me he's at Wayne Ave McDonalds. I go there and of course he's not there! Then they say he's at Blairsville PA McDonalds. I call there and of course he's not there! The owner is avoiding me obviously!!! Real professional!!! And not one single person told me (SORRY)!!! I can vouch for the other fast food places in Indiana, They treat there customer's excellent!!! They don't make all the high volume of mistakes this McDonalds does but when they do they Definity say sorry and make it right! The competing fast food place made a mistake with a drink and the owner deducted a whole meal off of my order!!! (J) the owner of these McDonalds is to concerned w/college kids eating all of his nugget sauce that's why he charges...

Only reason I gave 3 stars for atmosphere is bc I unfortunately seen someone outside spraying ROUNDUP. With all we know now about how it causes cancer in almost everyone who worked with it for a yr or more and all the lawsuits. With the bird, bee, and butterfly crisis the USA and rest of this planet is going thru now...and to use that poison...it is so so off-putting. Plz reconsider stopping ✋️ that ASAP! 🙏 plz. We do not need that running into the ground and coming back to us. The birds do not need to do us the favor of eating insects, then feeding poisoned insects to their newly hatched babies. The parents also die terrible slow deaths from even being around round up. The bees can't even remember how to get from flower to flower. If it fries the brains of animals...imagine what it does to humans. Weeds aren't that bad...you know what is...THE ACTUAL LITTER & PLASTIC USE. Fox Chapel near pgh went bag free (including the McDonald's). It is so refreshing not to see bags everywhere. Weeds are natural. If the landscapes are to lazy to pull them like they're met to be pulled...well... get a new crew of landscapers. Other than that...service is...

I had to beg for the order boards to be lit up. I don't go there often so I wanted to see the menu. After asking 3 times it finally came on. I proceeded with my order. I fixed it a few times but didn't look over it we'll enough. When I drove up the girl waiting on me was trying to speak so fast I never understood a word coming out of her mouth. As she was trying to be a fast talker I gave up on listening to her mumbled talk. I told her that as long as the order was right I didn't care. Pulled up to the next window and the second girl tried giving me the wrong drinks. She was very apologetic and corrected the items. We discussed the receipt and I took my food and left. I got home my order was all sorts of wrong. Every sandwich was wrong but one. The manager tried to correct the situation once I called in and is making it right with an offer but it's not the point. Everyone is eating something they didn't ask for. Please double check everything if you want...
