The second time I’ve ordered a matcha, here and the last. Both times the matcha has been in chunks and not mixed. First time, I ordered a hot matcha I was hoping was isolated incident. So I didn't take a picture. It was pretty much straight milk and tasted horrible. Then when I dumped it out I found a giant chunk of solidified matcha at the bottom of the cup when I dumped it out. This time I ordered a hot matcha and got a chunky iced matcha, with a ton of syrup just sitting at the bottom. This is a basic drink, that I have ordered for years from various Starbucks. Never have they been like this, I think staff just needs educated or something? It’s not something that dissolves without being mixed/whisked. I get that it’s a small town, and people might not drink it much here or might not know. However, If you’re offering it on the menu, staff needs to learn how to make it like every other Starbucks. Read moreI frequently stop at the Indiana Starbucks because of the absolutely amazing staff. Typically, I interact the most with Kade and Percy (both who are the perfect representation that you'd want in the service industry!) These two have always been so kind, sweet and thoughtful when I'm in mom mode barreling through the drive-through line to pick up my mobile order. They are SO friendly with my children which means the world to me. My daughter always asks me to roll down the window so she can say hello to them. :) Indiana has plenty of coffee options and it'd be so easy to frequent any of them, but I choose to stay loyal to Starbucks because of the incredible service and kindness I always receive! Read moreThe wait time at this location is absolutely unnecessarily long. 15 minutes at the window currently waiting because Frappuccino's "take a while" I have never experienced such a lack of urgency at a Starbucks. I am watching the staff stand around and chit-chat, have no been reassured my drinks are coming. I wish I could give less than 1 star. Customer service is not prioritized at this location at all......make that 20 minutes at a drive thru window for 5 drinks. Staff members more concerned with eachothers birth months than providing good service.
