40 "new" and edited reviews in less than a week will NOT quiet my frustration or bury my review. I will continue to reach out to this company and demand a SAFE and comfortable dispensary for all patients suffering from mental health issues. Leadership in this store has once again fallen short and has done nothing but ask friends to boost their Google rating back up. Very VERY sad to see where their priorities lie!
Just found out that staff members at this location do not take mental health seriously and belittle those that suffer from any mental illness. Honestly, I can't support any business that employs people that have such judgmental and close minded views. Attaching photos for evidence. Jennifer Shepherd should not continue working in a patient based industry with a viewpoint like this. Absolutely disgusting and sad that in 2025 people still act this way. I have yet to receive any communication from AYR wellness regarding this issue. If you are a patient in the area I highly recommend asking for a budtender that has care and consideration for their patients mental and physical health. This is no way to treat others in a patient based industry!!!
I appreciate just like anyone else who goes here the opportunity to try and have a better quality of life. The staff here are always willing to help with whatever wealth of knowledge they are able to lend. My problem is with the inconsistent product at about the same price point across the board. Their version of "generic brands" are definitely subpar, however if you are desperate for relief I'm sure it is better than nothing. They have a hard time keeping "reserve" products or in other words the product they know is better than the others on the shelves so as a consumer you are left rolling the dice whenever you are able to get in there. Especially if you are only going to put the good stuff on sale for one day. They also have a "points program" that seemed nice at first, until I saw AYR in other states are giving larger discounts. I was also disappointed to find out they make you wait 24 hours to use your points. God forbid anyone gets a decent deal on their "medicine" without spending a fortune first experimenting with whatever low quality products AYR can dig up for you! For a business who has built their fortune on the head of the disabled and terminal patients they really don't cater to them. For a program that is so regulated, nobody seems to know what to regulate! In the meantime keep...
Read moreNice dispensary. Glad to have one here in Indiana. Highly recommend visiting whenever they have good deals . After many visits: The one manager was truly amazing. Anytime I had an issue or inconvenience they would hook me up for the inconvenience which always kept bringing me back. I do like how everyone knows everyone. It was a better dispensary until changes in management and policy. I miss their 30-40% off entire store deals. I use to like when the managers use to really want to help and make sure you were 100% satisfied but now it feels like they want you in and out. Overall everyone seems nice and I’m usually in and out unless their is an issue which happens more often than usual. I try to come whenever the got good drops/deals or double points Monday. But recently they added more variety but increased the prices. However they seem to be pushing their in house brands more than anything.. My complaint is the house brands aren’t bad but the good ones sell out in the same day lol. Recently I’ve had a few issues with staff members a few times where they embarrassed me even in front on my friend which sucks since i have bad anxiety and now i feel embarrassed everytime i go which ruins the...
