They refuse to deliver after they made a mistake on my address stating that it was 6 miles away and they did not deliver that far and that I gave the incorrect address and that in order for them deliver they would be charging me an additional $10 above and beyond the $50 I was already going to be paying for my order I expressed to them that it was not my mistake as far as the address they made a mistake when ready it down and I understand if they don't deliver this far out and from future reference I would not request delivery however I was not paying $10 for today's delivery in order to have my food delivered at which point they refused to deliver my food the manager was quite rude made it out to be my fault that they rode the address down incorrectly and that the girl did not verify and double check my address I live in Whitehall there in Whitehall I do not know their delivery policy I do not know how many miles they go out I do not think 6 miles is unreasonable I do think that 6 miles is unreasonable to charge $10 for when the mistake was originally theirs to begin with above and beyond the delivery charge I was already pay I do not recommend this place I can't tell you their foods any good because I could not get my food delivered to me after they already took my order made me wait an hour and a 1/2 to tell me after I had a call back twice had 2 children that were sitting here looking forward to eating and were edge asli awaiting and I'm going through breast cancer and chemo could not leave the house today and they held my feud hostage for a $10 fee because of their mistake and it cost them $50 order so I don't recommend them I think the manager is quite rude ignorant and I could again I would go...

I had already ordered and hung up then immediately i recieved a nasty phone call. I took it with a grain of salt and decided that when she got there i would just explain face to face that the bulding letter wasnt necessary as the building number would be suffice to get the driver to my location. Upon arrival she (the delievery driver was even more curt and aggressively rude) i had serveral successful delievery orders after this with different drivers without any of the extra. They can’t take an order over the phone, the last 2 times I’ve called to order I had extensive wait times because the person answering does not know the menu. Then they tried to up charge me for something that has been included in my meal for YEARS this last time I decided not to go forward with my order the last time when I went to pick up the girl running the register tried to give me back $13 instead of $18 then had the audacity to tell me I was wrong because “their system does the math for them” not because she didn’t know what she was doing.
